  1. Planing on listing over 120 Intellivision games on eBay this week! (Operation Downsize)

  2. So I opened up an Intellivision, and look what I found! Yup! Two tiny army men! It got me thinking what other things I've found in systems including: Roach droppings in a Dreamcast A copy of Castlevania III in a NES from a Thrift Store. A copy of Mega Man II in a GB Pocket from a Flea Market What surprises have you found in old systems?
  3. I have the following uncommon Intellivision games available for sale or trade (Prices include US shipping. Discount if you buy more than one) Lady Bug $6 Centipede $7 World Championship Baseball $12 Motocross $6 Popeye w Manual $15
  4. Prepare to meet your arch rivals in Ep 362: Basketbrawl (Atari 7800)
  5. Today I look at the Space Invaders Carabiner Edition LCD Game
  6. Take a spin with Ep 361: Taz (Atari 2600)
  7. I believe the going rate would be between $50-$75. Probably more toward the $75 side in good condition with manual.
  8. I have some Vidpro flip cards I want to display on my wall, but just like the game aisle in an old Toys R Us, I want to be able to lift the bottom to flip them and see the other side. Any ideas? FYI - Some stores used rings which required hole punching the cards. I don't want to do this. I want something that clamps the cards well enough and can be moved to lift up.
  9. So nice! I organized my 7800 games similarly, with Atari releases, followed by Froggo, Activision and Absolute. For my 2600 games, the are stacked alphabetically, except for the Kid Controller games as well as the M-Network games (Which always have to be on top due to their unfriendly for stacking design).
  10. Sorry, neither answer is correct, although it is a later release like those games.

  12. Yeah, but you're soooooooo close Perhaps if you separated it into two volumes with the Warner sale dividing the content. So volume one could cover the 2600, 5200, and the 8-bit and volume two could cover the 7800, Lynx, later computers & Jaguar
  13. Yes. I think it's great they can get together and make something official. I know that the modern Atari has gotten a ton of flak in recent years for just trying to make $ from suing and licensing, but recently its seems like they are trying to make an honest go of being a whole lot more than that. They are trying to actually make a new console, get imaginative with the speaker hat and now this. I think it's popular to keep bashing them, but I actually hope they succeed a "Make Atari Great Again"
  14. 3762 You know what? I like this game! Yes, it isn't anywhere close to perfect (the controls could be better, colors could be better, collision detection issues could be fixed). However, I still have fun with the game. There are several games that do Pac-Man better than Pac-Man on the 2600 (Ms. Pac, Jr Pac & Aliens) and for me it's not a must have for the system (I have it currently ranked in the middle of my rankings with 65 games ranked higher). But that being said, I find it playable and a bit enjoyable. I also like the sounds effects and Vitamins , even though I'm sure a big part of that is nostalgia. I know I'm in the minority, but I was happy to play this game for the challenge and, since it's the only legal way to own it (as far as I know), I don't plan on getting rid of my copy any time soon and can see myself playing it for fun every now and then. PS - Despite the poor graphics, my 7 year old daughter, who doesn't always recognize game characters, was quick to ask if it was Pac-Man I was playing. So even a 7 year old can tell it's supposed to be Pac-Man! - - - -
  15. Thank You! If you didn't know, I actually finished the podcast earlier this year. Not every ep is one iTunes, but they are all available on YouTube and you can search for them on archive.org as well. I continually post them to iTunes, but whenever I post one, it bumps one off. Glad I can help your commute!
  16. I'm not a hat guy either, but I will give credit for the current Atari trying to branch out a bit and doing more than just license out their stuff. This actually reminds me of the early Atari a little, who would constantly try weird, strange and sometimes cool stuff.
  17. FYI - That SMS card game is supposed to be the only one that won't work on a Power Base Converter & Sega Genesis combo. I'm curious if that is true or not.
