If it makes you feel any better Rowsdower I've grown up in the world of Cardiology and can say that the technology and procedures that make stents possible are today lightyears ahead of where they once were. It can certainly be a scary, life-changing event, but know that this is pretty routine in most cases and a good Cardiologist will see it through, no problems.
