I don't think there are any homebrews, but it's the entire 2600 commercial library in both raw and arranged forms.

That is awesome! Congrats. The UnoCart is really good, and I'm sure you're going to love it. And Doug Venner is a really great and nice person. Make sure to subscribe to his YouTube channel. I like his videos a lot, and he deserves a lot more subscribers.
Tip: Get the Rom Hunter pack of roms here: http://www.atarimania.com/rom_collection_archive_atari_2600_roms.html
I'm sure you already have them all, but this pack is special because they are pre-arranged in logical folders and will be usable on the UnoCart (or Harmony) just by unzipping to an SD card.

HDN reacted to RickR in I bought a 3d printer!
Harry: Please do send me those files. I would love those for my shelf.
More importantly, I need some help. I have no idea what I'm doing. My first question: what software do you use at school to create the model files?
One issue I've had so far is this: I printed the bottom half of a Vectrex cart shell as shown above, and it came out perfect. I think I may need to bump up the amount of filament used, but otherwise, very good for a first try. But then, the top of the shell didn't work at all. Why? Because the Thingiverse file had the model upside down (flat side up). I thought my printer software would automatically flip it, but it didn't. And I tried to figure out how to flip it myself, but no go.
Of course, no obligation. Maybe others here have some knowledge to share too. I'm having fun learning something new.
THANKS!

HDN reacted to RickR in THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU @nosweargamer FOR THE MAGICAL MYSTERY ODYSSEY 2 GAME
That is AWESOME. Even I want to thank you, @nosweargamer.
Have fun and enjoy that time with your dad.

That's awesome! I've been getting into 3D printing as well lately with the one my school has. I've been making models of Odyssey 2 sprites to put on my shelf. So far I have the waving guy printed out, and designs of the Timelord, KC, and one of the KC ghosts ready to print out next week. I can send the model files your way if that's something you'd like to put on display.

HDN reacted to socrates63 in I wonder what the arcade ports of Pac-Man, DK, etc would look like had early (80-84)
Well, the 2600 version of Donkey Kong was done by an Activision co-founder Garry Kitchen in 1982. It seems the business constraints trickled down to constrain project resources (reduced memory size, development schedule). I'm not sure Activision developers would have done any better given the same requirements. Here's a Donkey Kong making-of written by Garry Kitchen himself.
Similarly with Pac-Man, if the non-game designers would not dictate game design requirements (only space games can have black background), we'd have a better game.

Aha~ I was wondering what VW was thinking with the new name 😆
The one that got me a little excited was seeing a post about a new mini console of the original Xbox. I have the actual console and a sizable library, so a mini version has little practical application for me but these mini consoles are all so cute.

Of course! I’d go crazy without one. I’m using my tried and true Vader model, which I’ve used a lot more. The Woody I’ve kept in use too, but used it as much as this one. Plus, it’s a lot more iconic and a better one to give away.
Here are the games I’m giving away too ( @RickR already knows as many of them are from him). The case is made by yours truly:
What do you think? Is this a good Easter present?

HDN reacted to RadioPoultry in My latest pickups are these two boxed 2600 games. The boxes are a little beat up, but
For an Activision cart, the label looks like it's still in pretty good condition!

Oh my. I told him it was national Pac-Man day today (he doesn’t know he’s getting this) and he said that he got it for Easter when it first came out. I guess he’s getting it for Easter again!

HDN reacted to RickR in What do you guys think of 2600 Star Raiders? I’m trying to find some opinions on the
It's just ok in my opinion. I remember being so excited to get the game when it was new because I knew how highly regarded the original computer version was. This was during the period when I had moved up from the VCS to a VIC-20. I bought the game and played it quite a bit. It just doesn't control very well. Hitting the aliens seems more luck than skill. Starmaster and Star Voyager are much better, and Phaser Patrol blows it away completely.
