I have a confession to make. I splurged a little bit today. I decided to get something to celebrate my job thing, and something caught my eye. Metroid Fusion.
I didn’t want to spend the $35 on it, but I decided that this was my money that I worked for and that I won’t make such impulse decisions in the future. I wasn’t sure when I would have seen this game again, and I know that I will get my money’s worth. I won’t be spending so much on a game in the future, and I will definitely make sure that I make up the money I spent and more before getting anything else.

TUESDAY NIGHT CHAT!
I will be in the chat tonight (around 7:15pm Pacific).  My goal is to try a few rounds of emulated Cybermorph for the high score challenge.  Join me if you'd like to see how that goes.  Maybe you need guidance on setting up an emulator.  Maybe offer me some tips on the game.  Or whatever you'd like to chat about. 
 

A pretty nice bundle of games arrived today.  "Revenge of the Gator Pinball" is one I've never heard of, and it's really fun.  The label is terrible, so I made my own for the back.  In addition to these, there were several duplicates that will go into the next junk box.

I have been thinking about that giveaway I planned to do, and though I considered doing many different things for it, I have finally decided that I will hold on to the games and wait for someone too need them for their collection and just give it to them.

The episode with Bandai America is live they sent the other questions off to Namco to try and get them approved to answer. We talked about the Digimon Franchise, and the Digimon Tamagotchi line. Episode 51: BanDai America Digimon | The Extreme Podcast | Spreaker Hopefully i can get Namco on down the line to answer some of the other questions. I decided to make my own ornaments this year. Glue sticks, poster board, spray paint, foam balls and construction paper. Any guesses on the theme based on this photo?

More gaming-credenza improvements. 
Replaced 2600jr with 7800 Added Atari 800xl Moved Wii down one level Moved PS2 up one level And I've maxed out the switchbox at six systems.  There is a real limitation on moving the shelves around due to a lack of many peg holes.  This is the configuration that makes the most sense at the moment.  Thanks, @HDN for some good suggestions.

Since NSG's podcast no longer exists, this morning I went with plan B and wrote in to the 2600 Game by Game Podcast! I wrote in for the upcoming Christmas special. I hope Ferg reads my email, and I hope to send in more feedback in the future!

Today, a knockoff Nintendo 64 everdrive arrived.  And it works!  Wahoo!

For some reason, I still don’t have Super Breakout. Part of the reason is that I have OG Breakout on 2600 and Super doesn’t look like much of an improvement. I know many people like this game much better than the original, but is it even that much of an improvement? Would it be worth a pickup?
