I believe it is one of the first. If memory serves, Jakks Pacific absorbed Toymax and used their plug n play to jump-start their TV Games line of PNPs, which lea to the popularity of PNPs in general. Also, I think the Toymax PNP is basically the same as Jakks Activision PNP, except for the controller used:

There are sooo many great recommendations mentioned here, many of which I have yet to play.
It says a lot when after covering 136 games in depth, that there are still a whole a bunch of games I haven't even tried.
It makes me excited to see what other hidden gems pop up!
If he previously downloaded it, I believe it is tied to his account. So he probably could re-download it, but most likely only on his new system, if that is where he transferred his account too. And from what I understand, you can't transfer games you've downloaded to other people's systems. Even if he found the code, it most likely would no longer work if he already used it.

As far as Mr. Do being banned, in one episode, I banned the mention of his name when a listener kept going on and on about the game during feedback. I pretended to be upset since Mr. Do has nothing to do with the 7800 and I'm a Dig Dug fan. Every since that point, listeners would try to sneak in his name for fun.
