I've wanted an XEGS for a long time. I thought I had one too, when several years ago I bought one for a good price on ebay...until the seller refunded me my money to relist it and get more money. Fast forward to today. Recently I stumbled on a lot that included a bunch of games. The price was too good for me to pass up. So now it's mine! Feel free to recommend cartridge games. (I only plan to collect carts, excluding multi-carts)

I'm very sorry for your lose, but I encourage you to see what the policy says. Many policies cover contents to a certain amount, and that could include your game collection. You would most likely have to submit a list, and perhaps itemize value too (I'd recommend pricecharting.com for older stuff). It might take a little work, but it could pay out in the end.

I was just thinking about you @nosweargamer. I hope you are doing well! I haven't been as active lately either, I think we've all been super busy with work life and personal life. I always try to keep the fun times going here and keep activities posted, but ultimately classic gaming is a hobby for most of us and sometimes I get distracted with work, etc. to keep the lights on here. You, @RickR and many others who have been here for years are pillars of our community and I really love to see that you guys are still here after all this time. I hope everybody's having a great start to the Fall season and still having fun in the forums!
