Ended up doing a more indepth frogger clone

Sewer levels zombies,waste barrels,turds,crocs

Water levels,earth worm jim,cans,logs,sharks

I expanded on my frogger engine and implemented what friends I've meet on Atari IO and AA(privately of course on AA) wanted me to program into the games.

Very cool I like the graphic style. Also the A-Team van. 😁 The music is suitably funky too. Great work. It feels very 1994/5 very late Sega Genesis style. ❤️

I'm in contact with two artists but for me to hire either one of them to bring it into Jaguar(Neo Geo) level would cost me $300 American dollars as I'm Canadian that's around $670 for me.In order for me to bring the pixel art level up I'll have to start selling roms for around $10 to $15 each depending on much art work is needed.Andrew did the music for title screen and sewer levels,he works in TV and movies and is charging me far,far below his price per minute for now.

 

Members need to keep in mind artists & musicians don't work for free,they cannot afford to do that.Somehow a handful of members on AA think I should program for free,even though my job is the hardest and takes the most time.Albert told me I'm not allowed to post about games I release with Martin on AA forums,I've not a lot of choice then to sell roms then.If any of you gentlemen can help spread that new Jaguar releases are being sold that will allow me to hire my artists and musicians for much larger Jaguar projects.

I reverse engineered snes Frogger that's what Frogger is based on,I redid Frogged as at 50 years old my reflexes are not the same,Frogged is for me to enjoy

Very interesting, I was the Sega Genesis person, so I did not know about the updated SNES Frogger. The Genesis IIRC just had the basic Frogger version.

Members gave me a list of games they'd like on Jaguar so I'm going to port one of them and last year I started a port of Space Invaders DX in asm for Jaguar.I didn't have musicians and artists to upgrade pixel assets and create new music so I stopped dev,but now that I have some friends in dev I'm going to complete it.

After talking with TrekMD,he asked me if Knight Rider car is in there,an no it's not.I thought that was a really good idea so I'm having my pixel artist do the car for me and will include it.Those that bought roms from me,I will update the Frogged rom and send it to you when it's implemented.I enjoy selling roms much more then carts because I can modify/add code and personalize a game for a member to make a game more enjoyable for them personally.

 

I'm living the dream right now as a programmer,hope more members support my dev this way,so I can take on larger projects
