It occurs to me that a Borg cube must really stink because you have thousands of individuals packed into a tight space that never bathe or shower due to being stuck in an unremovable garment for decades.

I'm fiddling with Dolphin emulator (for Gamecube) on PC.  It works pretty well!

Went through my older handhelds to show someone I still had a Dingoo handheld (the smallest here) it was among some of my past favorites. Took this picture a couple hours ago. Shown here is my Dingoo a320 (middle) dual boots with Dingux Linux, also my GP2X Caanoo my favorite (bottom) as well the OpenPandora (Top) which was amazing for the time 😎👍

Paul Reubens is dead at 70. Apparently, he's privately battled cancer for the past several years. Pee Wee Herman meant the world to me as a little boy. Sad to hear.

Personal update — I’ve been dealing with back pain for more than a year. Late Monday, I went to the ER and Tuesday morning, I underwent a surgery for a herniated disc. It was diagnosed as a medical emergency. Surgery went well, but I will be in the hospital for another week. I’ve lost some function of my left leg and will be rehabbing in the hospital, and after I’m discharged, I will be returning for more intensive rehab. I am expected to make a full recovery.
In the meantime, should I be worried about my 7800 Asteroids score in the high score challenge? 😂 Game on 🕹️

How many AV switches are in your original hardware setup?
I have three: 5-in/2-out S-Video, 4-in/1-out component, 4-in/1-out HDMI.
The retro consoles run into a RetroTnk 2xPro to the HDMI switcher. They also run to a Samsung GX TV for light gun games. The modern consoles go to the HDMI switcher. HDMI for all consoles is out through an mClassic to an Avermedia Live gmGamer 2 Plus capture card to my 4k TV.
It is an exhausting setup and makes me want to box it all up and move to emulation...almost. 

I'm working on converting old family 8mm film movies to a distal format. It is slow going, but works well. 

⚠️ Moving over some backend stuff. If we experience downtime for a day or so don't be alarmed. Looking at ways to upgrade what we have.

Tues night on the old 2011 Macbbok now running ZorinOS currently, I love PopOS! the most on it so far but I just cannot stop tinkering and Zorin is working great so far. It's by no means a daily driver so I don't mind testing different Distros on the hardware.

Just another night passing time in front of the pc. Our Christmas will be pretty calm as usual just some good food and each other’s company.
