  1. Ep 166: The Atari 7800 CX78 Europad controller:

  2. So this weekend I got a package. A mysterious package labeled Genesis 2. How strange. I already have a Genesis 2 and the package seemed to small to hold one. None the less I opened it to see what was inside... Oh wow! It's my game selections from the Rowsdower Omnivision Club! Joust on the NES and Summer Games on the 2600! I already own these games on other systems, but I wanted to try these versions too. And look! even the Michael Jordan Pog was left speechless by its awesomeness! Just speechless!
  3. You mean like this one I did six months ago (before I knew of the site or started my podcast) Not yet for Pole Position, but I do have a copy and plan to review it some point!
  4. I may adjust my No Swear Gamer schedule to release a 2600 game review this month on the 26th....
  5. My recent reviews include Raid on Bungeling Bay for the NES (based on Will Wrights first computer game) Choplifter on The Master System and 7800 (which takes place in the same universe as Bungeling Bay), Home Run on the 2600 and a level select cheat from SMS Choplifter!
  6. These 3 games are headed to AtariBrian. Look for the box with the INTV on it. Get it? IN TV? Never Mind.....
  7. Ep 11 covering the Froggo 7800 games is now on iTunes, Stitcher & Youtube. Early on I also tell how residents on the US and Canada can when the amazing awesome Super Twin 78 joystick from Edladdin.com
  8. I packed it up tonight. Look for the package with the "Solar Sailor" on it!
  9. Alright Rowsdower, here's my list of Intellivision duplicates. All are loose, I think some are two player only: Auto Racing Astrosmash Armor Battle Burgertime Boxing Bowling Bomb Squad - Voice Game Poker & Black Jack NHL Hockey NFL Football Space Armada Snafu Skiing Sea Battle Tennis
  10. My next batch of reviews include Ballblazer - Atari 7800, Star Force - NES, Karateka - Atari 7800 and a Choplifter Atari 7800 glitch.
  11. Hugues of the Retro League did a recent interview with Milke. It sounds like the price may be going up. My current guess is that standard systems will be $200, maybe more, and the extra colors will cost you, so the treasure series may end up being $300 with other colors being less. Again, just guessing. http://traffic.libsyn.com/theretroleague/TheRetroLeague_RetroVGS-Interview.mp3
  12. Some interesting things related to touch me. Many believe Atari stole Pong from Ralph Baer and that Ralph Bear stole Touch Me from Atari and turned it into Simon, which became more successful than Touch Me. So in a way, Atari made more money than Baer from his invention Pong while Baer made more money from Atari's invention of Touch Me. Also, Brain Games for the 2600 is basically based off of Touch Me;
  13. Ep 155: The great Ballblazer for the Atari 7800

  19. Guess what? I reviewed the 7800 system itself including going over some of the history and what originally came bundled with it. You can check it out here:
  20. My latest videos reviewed Pitfall! on the 2600, Jaws on the NES and Jurassic Park on the Genesis.

  23. They work better than the pro line by far, BUT it is near impossible to hit both buttons at the same time due to how the buttons lay in the plastic rather than above it. I would recommend using a Sega Genesis controller with the Edladdin Seagull 78 adapter that lets you use Genesis controllers with 2 button games on the 7800.
  24. I've gotten used to my newest Atari 7800 Edladdin controller
  25. Here's my latest including an unboxing of some less common Atari 2600 games and reviews of Xevious on the 7800 & NES, MagMax (NES), and a combined review of Gangster Alley & Task Force for the 2600.
