Things aren't as bad as I thought. They certainly aren't IDEAL, but it could be much worse.

Listen, bud.  I'm telling you straight away.  You did something amazing.  Putting yourself out there is not easy.  Many don't.  And they regret it.  You feel bad today, and that's perfectly normal.  But keep on going.  Keep your eyes open.  Make friends with as many people as you can.  Be you.  Keep growing and learning.  Trust me, that special person just for you will come along.

Notes so far after playing with it for a few days.
CRT/PRG files work fine and load FAST. D64 support is spotty.  Some work, some don't.  I expect firmware updates will address some issues The "reset" and "menu" buttons are really super nice.  Great features. Overall, huge thumbs up for this product.  I'm so happy to have it.  SD2EIC is nice, but a lot more difficult to use.  I prefer this by a factor of 100.  Just because it's so much easier to use.

Taz is two players, I believe. If I recall correctly. Cool game, too May not be a "warm" game, but it has dynamite sticks in the game that you have to avoid. :O)

Me too! BBS ATASCII pictures were fun, and I could never get them just right!

I remember the old lays of the local BBS's.  I met several people from the local Atari community that way, and ended up having quite a bit of fun.  Going to movies as a group, that type of thing. 
The thing I miss the most:  the cool ATASCII pictures and animations!
