Congratulations to @RickR on his big win! Rick has become our second MAME Champion! We improved our turnout from our previous MAME Squad Challenge, nearly doubling last Squad Challenge's numbers. I know emulation can be tricky for some, and I want to thank everyone for doing whatever you had to do to participate! Once again, there was some help from friendly faces in the forums to help get people get set up and going on MAME, and it's always nice to see our community help each other out.
@RickR is our champion for this Squad Challenge and the top spot in our Final Standings to claim 1st Place with 140,678 points. WOW! @RadioPoultry made a dominant showing with a great score and takes 2nd Place with 129,646 points. @HDN gave it his all to reach our 3rd spot on the board with 120,438 points. @nosweargamer was hot on HDN's tail, and @Dinobot711 @btbfilms76 @Emudan @socrates63 @MaliciousCarp @DegasElite and @Atari Creep round out the board all with their best scores! Congratulations once again to "The Don" @RickR for his big win, and as always I'd like to encourage Rick to post his new high score on the Scoreboard, and let's make sure this Challenge continues on!

Pretty fun game! The spinner on the Arcade 1Up isn't the best, but after getting used to it it plays alright. Glad this challenge got me to put more time into it

I didn't have any emulators set up on my computer, so I was going to pass on the challenges this month, but after seeing atarigames Instagram post about those paddle controllers I wanted to get an entry in (Hey BTB, enter me to win!). Was about to start figuring out an emulator and then remembered it was actually on my Arcade 1Up lol. It's definitely my least played game on here, so this is a cool reason to get into it!

120,438 is my best score so far. I might post another later tonight, but this might be the best I can get before the contest is over. I’m pretty sure I can do better in general, but I’m not sure how much I can improve by the end of the night!
I can’t believe that @btbfilms76’s giveaway is almost over! This giveaway has been around for almost all of my time here on the forums. I hope I might win those beauties myself, but good luck to you all!

Tip: In the platform sections, wait until after you have destroyed the reactor to pick up the oxygen. You'll get more points.

@RadioPoultry helped me out.  I have an older version of MAME (0.131) that displays the graphics perfectly.  It turns out I wasn't seeing a ton of stuff before because it wasn't rendering properly.  Plus this version controls better (I use a mouse).  I actually made it past the maze this time, and that platform part after the maze is TOUGH.  I ran out of oxygen every time.  And there are colored keys.

I did clear the breakout bricks this time, and I think it gave me an extra life and a bonus (maybe?).  I've made it there a few times with scores less that 100k, and I think the only difference is clearing out the breakout bricks. 
Tips - I only have one really.  If you die at all at any time before that maze level, just reset MAME and start over.  You'll need every life on the next platform.  Plus you'll get really good on those first three platforms.
