It sucks, and I'm sorry that happened to you.  But hopefully, Paypal has your back.  You let us know how that refund turns out. 

I got my 3DS from a craigslist ad.  I probably overpaid a bit, but I liked the color and it was a young person that needed money for college. 

So yeah, I was definitely scammed.
Turns out this is a very common issue with that website.
So, off to Paypal I go.

Better than I deserve.
 

Checking my Gmail, looks like they didn't, which should have been the first red flag, but eh, I expected it might be delayed a bit, so I stopped checking after I made the "purchase," and just now looked again.

It came from a Google ad, of all places, which further made me believe it was legit.

I really don't like GORF. I hate how slow the firing is and if you accidentally press the button again (or if I remember correctly holding it down does this as well) your missile will disappear. It's infuriating. I have tried to like GORF but I never could enjoy it at all.

It's good!  It was so exciting back then to have a 2600 game that featured several different "screens" like that one did. 
 

I'm starting to think that my mom is going to take my stuff indefinitely. She is threatening that if she ever moves out she will take all of the games with her and throw them out. I hope she doesn't follow through with it if my parents get a divorce. However I did make a list of priorities: Tunnel Runner, Super Metroid, Conker's BFD, etc. I can hide those someplace if it gets bad enough and she decides to get rid of our entire collection.
I think my parents are going to get divorced someday and I am okay with that. Though I don't think it will be for a couple months and I hope she changes her mind about those games and other various things she wants. I hope we can improve our relationship and start getting along better.

My beloved 3DS has had that for years. You can tell after a second of looking at it where my hands go. Some chips on it where I dropped it a couple of times. The B and X buttons need a little encouragement to work properly. The back plate is barely being held in place by two screws with chips in the plastic slowly closing in on them. The plastic nub that keeps the stylus from sliding out has been worn down after taking the stylus in and out hundreds if not thousands of times and is reinforced with a layer of masking tape. Every inch of that thing is covered in scratches like it was attacked by a cat.
I love my 3DS and wouldn't trade it for the world. My favorite game system of all time fluctuates between the SNES, GBA and New 3DS XL. I have so many fond memories of the thing.

I like kimchi too.  It really can enhance some dishes. 
We've got a place near my home that does Korean sandwiches.  It's so simple, yet can be so good.  A fresh baguette with Korean pork and small topping of Kimchi.  So good. 

Travis Scott meal for me.  A treat that I don't get often.  2020 calls for splurge.  
 

What's kimchi?  I don't do olives of any color/flavor.  Nevermind.  I just Googled it.  Ew.  Salted and fermented veggies?  I'm out.  I'll stick with my Yakisoba Beef Teriyaki noodles.  To each their own.

Sorry to hear you are going through all of that.  My ex wife's mother was the same way.  She tried that on me and I told her her abuse wasn't going to work on me.  Don't you get no ideas now...my situation was different.

I need that game in my collection and those m&ms in my stomach. Peanut M&Ms are the best! And my Wii emulator thinks Super Breakout is simply "Superb.BIN"
