Fest West 2017 will be from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday the 29th of April. Attendance is FREE however you'll be expected to pay for your own lunch. Signups begin on February 1st and conclude on April 15th. This will enable me to give number of attendees to the restaurant so they can plan for proper scheduling and staffing for us. Your name information will be printed on your own custom name badge (so people know who you are). Name badges will be required to enter the drawings.

Nice thread! You made it look brand new! Do you have any before shots of the externals?

I have a project that will afford 'some' portability for a TI-99/4A. I've purchased another F18A and a VGA to HDMI adapter. I'm still waiting on parts to install everything internally like power and to combine the audio, then there will be only two wires... the power adapter and an HDMI cable. When I'm done, it will not be as portable as your setup, but it should work on the TV's in the hotels. This with the FlashROM 99 & the new Plug-N-Play 32K.... truly portable BLISS IN A BAG.

I have a spare. Do you want one in nice physical shape and good operating condition? If so, I can bring it to Fest West next year if you want to buy it. It has: 1) TI Floppy controller (unmodified) with original TI Disk drive. 2) 32K Memory Expansion 3) Flex Card (naturally) 4) A new whisper quiet fan installed. It's the same P-Box in << THIS BLOG ENTRY >>. It's 5-1/2 months away so you have plenty of time to decide or save up.
