With the NBA finals having just started, I thought I would post my JAM IT review for the Commodore 64. It's only two years late...

Here's the original Wendy's "Where's the beef" commercial. Still funny.

GRay Defender got a reaction from Zontar in Howard Scott Warshaw's latest interview on NPR's All Things Considered - "Total Failure: The World's Worst Video Game"
Thanks for posting the audio version. I saw the web/print version yesterday. I really don't think ET is a total failure as a video game, but I guess I am in the minority. I liked it back in the 80s and after I found out it was coded from concept to release in 5 weeks, I was even more impressed with the game. Though I agree the pits are problematic.

GRay Defender reacted to Video 61 in TILE SMASHERS for Atari 400/800 XL XE
Here is one of our latest games in progress. We are starting this discussion for all to view to see what we have done. We are not done with the Atari 8-Bit computer game yet, it has to be beta tested first, and we are also in internal discussions if we are going to attempt to port the game over to the Atari 5200 and the Atari 7800.
Tile Smashers can be controlled by the joystick controller, paddle controller, the keyboard, the 2600 driving controller, and the trak-ball controller.

GRay Defender got a reaction from Rowsdower70 in Intellivision Cartridge Stickers
I agree these labels are awesome, I bought a few sets and did a video on them a while back. I believe they enhance their value, they do at least to me.

GRay Defender reacted to RickR in Intellivision Cartridge Stickers
Full disclosure: I received these stickers for free in a contest.
Let's face it, the Intellivision cartridges were pretty plain. They only have an end label with very little embellishment. You may have seen these already, but a user over on AtariAge has created some really nice screenshot stickers that fit perfectly on the blank front of Intellivision carts. They really look good, and it's kind of fun to apply them. The carts end up looking a lot better -- they remind me of the Activision cart design. They are glossy and have a very professional look/feel.
Here are the two sets i received (I think there are a total of 3 to buy).
And here are a few of my loose carts with stickers applied.
If interested, look up "Age of Atarius" on Facebook. Or PM me and I can hook you up with the guy who makes them. They are priced very fairly IMO.

GRay Defender reacted to RickR in Colecovision Burgertime is AWESOME
I finally got some time to try out the BurgerTime cart for CV...and OMG, I am blown away. It has great graphics (are those sesame seeds on the buns?), great sound, tight controls, and nice difficulty options.
I thought the INTV version was great...but the CV version is now the BEST home version of BurgerTime I've played.
Has anyone else given this game a shot?
