I've gotten used to my newest Atari 7800 Edladdin controller 

They work better than the pro line by far, BUT it is near impossible to hit both buttons at the same time due to how the buttons lay in the plastic rather than above it.  I would recommend using a Sega Genesis controller with the Edladdin Seagull 78 adapter that lets you use Genesis controllers with 2 button games on the 7800.

You do get used to the 7800 controller, but it's really a shame when compared to the gamepad Nintendo made for the NES.  There is a ton of criticism of that controller out there, and I hate to pile on.  I did buy an upgrade for one of mine that has just a short ball instead of the long shaft, and it's a huge improvement.  And many games don't need that second button, so the ability to use a 2600 stick is a huge plus.

Mine include Jurassic Park, Star Wars, Fun House & Star Trek: The Next Generation.

I love ANY pinball table.  But Fun House, with that crazy giant head, is a favorite. 

I just shot a pinball video about an hour ago, it should be up sometime soon

Thinking back to good times at Kay-Bee Toy Stores in the mall. My first Atari came from Sears, but almost every game I ever bought for Atari, Nintendo, all the way up through Dreamcast, most often came from Kay-Bee in our local mall. They Might Be Giants? You Win!

If they can pull off Neo Geo style games, that might be their lifesaver.  The Neo Geo had some great looking games and the arcade system lasted a long time based on their strong 2D games.  Neo Geo may have the best 2D retro graphics out there.  And it would be something that isn't seen as much in the homebrew scene.  But of course, at the $150 price point, they will need several great games to sell the system.  So far, the first game looks like something that could easily be done on the Master System, so something with more oomph would help.
 
The only other thing I can think of that could move the system is if you could somehow license popular series like Contra, Castlevania and Double Dragon and bring out new 8-bit and 16 bit style games based on those properties. Of course, this may not be possible financially, but you never know.
