    I want to say that it was fun to fix it.  If anyone else needs help with broken console buttons on the 7800, I can help.  They can be fixed without replacement. 
     
    Enjoy it.  We have a generous group here...Greenween donated all that.  It's the great spirit of Atari.io in action.

    Ok first off i want to give a HUGE shoutout/thankyou to both Rick and Greenween. Greenween had a 7800 with i believe a broken power button and Rick fixed it and they offered it to me. I am beyond happy right now.
     
    So with all that what are games that i must be on the look out for.
    Games i know to look for:
    Ms pacman
    Dig dug
    Xevious
    Galaga
    Centipede

    Achieve high score to win challenge

    Squad Challenge ends 11:59 pm PST February 28th, 2017
     
     
     
    Objective: Play for the highest possible score using the difficulty settings defined in the challenge. Post a photo or video of your score in this thread. Scores must be achieved between February 1st through February 28th, 2017. Screen captures are not allowed as they are easily manipulated for falsified scores. Multiple submissions are permitted. The player with the highest score at the end of the 1-month competition is the victor!

    Eligibility: Anyone can join in. All players are welcome!

    Play Rules: Games may be played on real hardware or emulation, using any controller or keyboard, following rules and game settings as delineated in the Squad Challenge. Enhancements and hacked versions of this game are not allowed.

    Difficulty Level: ADVANCED. At the startup screen move the Joystick handle left or right to scroll through Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert, to select the ADVANCED skill level.
     
    Fair Play: Players should play fairly, be honest, and have fun! Falsified scores will result in your immediate removal from the site. It goes without saying that no use of cheats, hacks, cartridge frying, enhancements, Photoshop, subterfuge, or any other unfair advantage is allowed. Everybody hates a cheater.

    Funny story. After seeing this was the game for the month, I found out I sold a copy of Xevious on eBay!

    If that doesn't work Adobe does have a free encoder for live feeds that might work as it records to your computer's hard drive.  RickR shared links to some free video editing software in another post (I'll go look for it).  One of those programs I tried out, liked, and remember that it did actually capture screens very well.  I'll go find it right quick.

We had a lot of Atari I/O Members join in for this Squad Challenge and all of you showed a great game. It was awesome to have everybody join in!!     I know, I watched D&D too.  But I went Dragon's Lair.  Because it doesn't have a cute baby unicorn.  Sorry, I think you all know I'm a heartless bastard.
