  1. Sorry for the duplicate post. I guess I'm having phone challenges. Here we go: Atari 2600: A first from the four The engines whine, whiz and roar What a drag for Todd
  2. Also, "Have you played Atari Today?" is the equivalent to "Now You're Playing With Power!"... Just saying.
  3. Also, "Have you played Atari Today?" is the equivalent to "Now You're Playing With Power!"... Just saying.
  4. I'll play. Since we know it's not Adventure, let's go with Dragonstomper.
  5. Regarding Atari Collection I on Evercade, I like the inclusion of the 7800 titles but there was some duplication across the two Atari collections that I felt was unnecessary. Also, I would have preferred the collections by console like the EXCELLENT Lynx collections.
  6. I'm planning a retro gaming "battle jacket" in a punk/metal style.  I'm currently agonizing over the image to use for the back patch which is the centerpiece of any battle jacket.  I've narrowed it down to Joust, Missile Command and RoadBlasters...

    1. RickR

      RickR

Any of those choices will be awesome.

  7. Thanks @RickR! That's a great solution for keeping both the console and controllers stock!
  8. Thanks @nosweargamer! It's nice to hear what I've been missing! @RickR, I notice the CX-40 (in addition to the sweet Trinitron). Did you rewire the joystick or mod your O² to be compatible with Atari joysticks?
  9. I recently discovered Warrior on HBO MAX. It's apparently based on the writings of Bruce Lee and focuses on the Tong Wars in San Francisco. Also digging WndaVision. Also, at least we haven't run out of content yet.
  10. 589. I feel like I need to impulse buy a Voice unit to get the full experience. @HDN got any more of those brownies?
  11. 436 for a start. Playing on real hardware with my just received O² controller from @RetroGameBoyz. I'm definitely going to get more time in before the end of the challenge.
  12. Such a fun game! Great job everyone and WOW to @Dinobot711 !!! Hope to see you all on Attack of the Timelord. It's probably the best original O² game without "Munchkin" in the title.
  13. 85,450. On real hardware with a Telegames Deluxe joystick. This is probably my last attempt before tonight. It's been another fun squad challenge!
  14. 65,650. New score from my lunchtime unwind Joust session.
  15. 36,300. Let's get this party started. 🎉 I love Joust but I'm not great at it either. Such a classic from Williams and a great GCC port on the 7800!
  16. Congratulations everyone! It is great to see so much participation on the squad challenge recently! I hope to see you all try a hand at Joust!
  17. 80,675. This is my last try. It gets really hairy on later levels. On the last one I wasn't even sure which color I was going for. 😂
  18. 67,700. On a Gemini with a stock gray CX-40.
  19. 61,850. On a Coleco Gemini with the console's stock controller. Tip: Try rotating your controller 45 degrees to the right to match the arcade controls.
  20. I have Fail Safe and it's a great original by Bob DeCrescenzo. Gunkan Blast looks amazing! I hope they make it a full fledged game and do a cart release! Thanks for sharing! I'll definitely be spending some time on your site.
