Ah!  Here she is.  My long haired Jack.  Name was Daisy.  Very smart dog.

Loved her a lot.  Only dog I didn't need a leash for.  She'd stay right by my side.  If she DID stray too far all I had to say was her name and she'd come right back.  I have more photos of her.  She loved car rides. She also had a bug fetish (eww).

One of my other favorite coasters was in a Silver Dollar City spin-off park called Celebration City.  They had a coaster called Thunderbolt, a really closed-in steel coaster.  Seriously.  The space allowed for the coaster was really tight...very little elbow room.  I never really knew of the park's closing until a few years ago when I was doing research on roller coasters I enjoyed riding.  To my surprise Thunderbolt actually lives on as Cliffhanger at Glenwood Springs, CO.
For comparisons, here is the original Thunderbolt:

Here's Thunderbolt, renamed Cliffhanger, at its current location.  Fasten your seatbelts!

Interesting news I found about this coaster while hunting stuff down for this post...it was originally used in Belgium before being relocated to Branson, MO in 1999.  It was first operated under the name Firestorm before being put in storage three years later.  It was brought back out to be used at Celebration City in 2003 as Thunderbolt until the part closed in 2008.  Then it just sat until 2012 when Glenwood bought it and gave it a new home.
This coaster's max speed is 25 MPH.  That's it.  But it feels like you are going faster than that and being put on a cliffside gives this coaster the much needed thrill it was missing.  This is a Hurricane model made by SDC.

Atari 5200 Guy got a reaction from Justin in Squad Challenge - Dr. Mario (NES)
Dr. Mario is like Tetris and Tetris 2...it's a mix of strategy with endurance.  It helps to plan ahead.  During the early levels pay attention to the pill Mario throws and take a peek at the one Mario is holding.  Try to see where to use these 2 in advance.  About like Chess or Checkers; plan your moves at least a few moves ahead.  It also helps to mentally draw a grid so you know how your pills are lining up with the viruses. Try a few slower stages first to get a feel for the game before trying faster levels.
You guys are doing great!  I'd really like to see you guys put me at the bottom of the scoreboard...and I'm not being sarcastic or or anything.  I'd really like to see you guys bump me down the list.  I know you guys can do it!

I love rollercoasters, so choosing my most favorite is difficult.  Certainly the ones mentioned already at the Disney Parks are great: Aerosmith, Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain.  Another one I like there is Expedition Everest.  At Universal, The Mummy is definitely, as well as The Hulk.
When I lived in NJ, I went to Six Flags quite often.  There I loved Nitro!

I used to live in Arkansas, 30 minutes away from Silver Dollar City in Brandon, MO.  My favorite coaster was a steel rail called Wildfire.  Thunderation is not bad but a bit rough.  Then I seen this and I hope to get to go back someday to try it out.  Say hello to Outlaw Run rated one of the 10 best by USA Today.

You only get points for matches made on the viruses.  This video is NOT a score submission.  It's only for reference.

Oh no!  I'm sorry, I didn't mean to imply that at all.  My bad.  Please go for it and go as high as you can.  I'm a beginner.  This game is a challenge for my slow mind.  Hopefully, someone else here can give you some good competition!

A story:  For several years, I have been a volunteer at the big Portland retro gaming show.  I usually get a front-row seat to the Tetris World Championship competition, and it's incredible.  Watching those people who have mastered the game is an amazing sight.  Even though that's another game I stink at, I sure do learn a lot and enjoy watching the best play.

So please, pour it on.  Get some video if you can (I may learn something :) )

$300 for a Wii?!?  Where do you go shopping? I don't want to visit that store with those kind of prices.  🤣  That's why I seriously try to avoid EBAY and Amazon for used gaming hardware and games because there are too many price gouging people on those sites.  I'm not saying all of them are but I bet there are a few.
At least with GameStop you can order a product, try it out, and if you are not satisfied with the condition of something you can return it to a local store, explain your situation, and they will usually replace it with one better or issue a refund.  As for games from GameStop, check 'em in store before you buy them.  I've received a few heavily scratched discs before that would not play at all.  You can always ask to see the disc before you buy it in the stores.  That only works in-store though...it doesn't work online.  Ordering games from GameStop online is about like getting a box of chocolates.
That's part of what Atari I/O is here for...to help one another.  If you ever want to add a new console to your arsenal of gaming gear just ask here on the forums.  I know I'll help at least locate something.

To bring everyone up to speed, this is the game @Gianna was saying she enjoyed watching and haven't played in a long time.  This is the only video upload I've made to reach over 4,000 likes.
This is a long play video, from start to finish.  A very fun game actually and a great way to kill (or waste) about an hour's worth of time.

Well, I guess my channel is doing better than I though.  Views are up from the 400-500 I normally get and Monster Truck Mayhem remains the most watched but only about 3 minutes of it gets watched.  I did get more subscribers so I've got to be doing something right.

I don't know about other GameStop stores but ours has always opened up the boxes of used consoles I've bought so I can check the contents before I buy.  I've checked controllers for how the feel paying close attention to analog sticks, consoles for amount of scratches, nicks, bangs, missing parts, dust, etc. If I'm not happy I look at another.  So, yea, $60 for a console is not bad at all.  Just be sure to get a couple of games for it.  Also, Wii no longer has online abilities which is a shame.

I think I'll be competing with him more than anything, as I don't see any way I'm getting a 70k score like @kamakazi20012  For now, I'm trying to break that 10k barrier.
