I watched it late last night and I can only say I loved it. CANNOT wait for next Thursday! I will admit, though, I have mixed feelings of it being the final episode. I sure do hope Terry Matalas gets to make Star Trek: Legacy to continue the stories in this era.

This piano rendition of the Gladiator theme is beautiful...

I agree. It was an excellent episode that continued moving the story forward.

OMG, I can only dream of those scores! 😁 I've been playing on emulation. I think I need to switch to hardware. -

I shall try to join! At least I have a whole month! -
I need to play this more! Love the game but the controller that I got has issues, so I had to use the regular NES controller. Not as much fun as with a paddle controller. I'll have to open the controller and see if it needs to be cleaned. Still, it was fun! Congrats @RickR!

Yes, the episode was great. I've already watched it three times to catch all the details. Three more episodes to go!

I have been busy as well and had a trip. I will try to play tomorrow as I'm flying to Key West to give a lecture but I'll be back tomorrow afternoon. I will be able to play this on real hardware! 😉

I really enjoyed the episode but I have seen mixed reactions to the episode.

What's interesting is that the NES and 7800 versions of both Donkey Kong and Donkey Kong Jr are nearly identical visually. There are color differences but the levels, the score, the timer, all that is exactly the same. Even the music on the title screen is the same (though the NES has better sound). I wonder if that was some requirement by Nintendo.

That is a nice list of games for the system. Dark Chambers was not a clone of Gauntlet, though. It was based on a computer game (Dandy) that was the inspiration for Gauntlet.
