People need to chill. How great that Atari is making an effort. There are legitimate issues that can be discussed but people need to relax and act like adults.

The internet makes it too easy for people to start arguments too.  You are not seeing the person face to face, so there's some anonymity with it.  I still don't understand why people feel they need to bad mouth stuff that they haven't actually seen or used.  If I don't like something that I see online, I simply say nothing.  I've also learned to ignore stupid comments.  Why give those people the attention they seek?  Not worth my time.
  4. Thanks

Well, he does make the box for Sweat: The Decathlon Game and that doesn't even have a tape!  So, maybe he'll be willing.

You're welcome!  I've been saving them hoping someone makes the boxes again!  🙂

I don't have the boxes either.  Those are from a post in Atari Age.  I've tried to see if more could be made but, no such luck.  I wonder if Marc would be willing to make them.  I've never asked him.  I have many images...  🙂

Survival Island and Sword of Saros are the ones you could mail order that were artless and boxless..  There are now sleeves for those cassettes and box art as well that has been created.

Here's the cassette case art that is fan created for both...

Here's artwork that was discovered for the cassette case for Sworth of Saros that appears to have been made by Starpath...

And here are the boxes.  Unfortunately, these were made in limited numbers and are not available anymore.

I mail ordered my SuperCharger all the way back then when I saw images of Frogger.  I can't remember in what magazine I saw it advertised, but I knew I had to get it.  As soon as I got it, I started ordering more games because of how impressed I was with Frogger and Phaser Patrol.  The games were  cheap, so it was easy to get them.  So, I ended up getting pretty much all the games available, including the last two that only available to order by mail and had no box or even sleeve for the cassette cases.

I got my 2600 adapter for the 5200 from Venezuela!  You know those people who were selling new old stock?  Yep, them.  🙂

I have the 2600 adapter for the 5200.  I've been thinking of getting the System Changer for the Intellivision but they are going for quite a few $$$.

Thank you. Despite trying to keep and open and objective mind, I never experienced anything like the reaction I got from covering the system. Before that things were generally civil, with just an oddball here and their. Then Amico opened the floodgates. Everything from praise to vicious name calling and accusations. It even lead me to spending less time online due to all the visceral. It does sadden me that some in the retro community can't have honest discussions and learn how to civilly disagree at time. I usually read all my comments, but sometimes with the Amico stuff, I just post my video and ignore the comments after awhile for my own mental health. So thanks again for the kind words.
