TrekMD reacted to sramirez2008 in My Atari Room - 2023
It's my most recent purchase. I believe ~50 were made during the initial release of Halo 2600. My poster is a printer's sample, so it's one of a kind. The poster goes hand in hand with my signed copy of Halo 2600 (which is not one of the initial releases). Ed Fries signed it at the 2017 PRGE.

TrekMD reacted to Neon Wraith in What are the coolest items in your collection?
You guys have some very cool and interesting stuff. My collection is a bit ho-hum by comparison. Nothing particularly rare but I do have three Jaguars and two Jaguar CDs, a Portfolio, a Neo Geo, a Neo Geo CD, a stale piece of chewing gum and a lovingly used slingshot. 🤣

I forgot, my most recent "cool" purchase is this Halo 2600 Source Code poster. I've been after one of these for years.

Isn't this the design from Benjamin Heckendorn? I have seen something like this before.

I have a RomScanner Command Center complete in box. It looks pretty cool when its all setup. The Kid in me comes out whenever I set this up. I love that its a "Command Center". Marketing did a great job with this.

The Cosmic Commnder & Flight Commander are in deed, some of the coolest controllers. However, that VCS Portable takes the cake.😻
Eugenio, I have to see your collection some day.

TrekMD reacted to D r Clu in Atari's Character Bench: Who Is Mascot-Worthy?
Found an article showing the mascots across various companies and platforms.
Been a Mac user since 1989 and never heard of their mascot. 😮

TrekMD reacted to CrossBow in Anybody still playing Atari Lynx?
I don't play either of my two Lynx systems as much as I would like. Lack of time honestly. But I do have over 40 games for the system along with my AgaCart I purchased a few years back. I think some of my favorites on the system would be Xenophobe, Paperboy, Rygar, Zarlor Mercenary, and Xybots!
