  1. Good job K! Haunted House is great! Raiders of the Lost Ark uses both Joysticks and basically requires some sort of a guide or walkthrough to play. That Pole Positin' cart is a rare label variation and worth a bit more than your average PP cart. I also recommend Realsports Volleyball. The only thing I might recommend is holding the games up a little bit longer and a little closer to the camera, especially the loose carts, if possible. But still, good stuff!
  2. Thundercats But Silverhawks I will give credit for using more lyrics and a rocking guitar solo in the middle played by one of characters. BTW - I watched the entire series a few years ago and, imho, the original Thundercats has not held up well. There are some good episodes, especially the first set of eps and the one where Lion-O had to earn the right to be leader by facing the others. However, most of them just follow the same formula over and over (a lot of 80's cartoons are guilty of that) I actually really enjoyed the new series and was sad to see it go. However, you basically have to watch them in order as they build off one another.

  4. Actually, the 2600 still has a lot of fans, since we just got the Portable Flashback and Flashback 7. They wouldn't keep making it if it didn't sell. Just look at the Intellivision and Colecovision Flahsbacks (both one and done). And we still get compilations for new systems. Now outside the 2600 stuff, the general public doesn't seem to care much about the Lynx, Jag, 7800, 5200 or computers. I'd say the retro systems that a lot of people still care about are: Atari 2600 NES SNES Game Boy Sega Genesis
  5. Not a true Easter Egg, but here's the Rampage glitch.

I would like to shrink my collection by at least 100 games when the year is done -Finish off my reviews for the 7800 -clean up and sell my extra NES and 7800 systems -Get at least three weeks ahead of schedule with my YouTube videos
  7. Count me as another "7800 is the best 2600 model" type. I also like the design of the Jr. Of the standard models, I like the Atari wood grain 4 switch the best, just for looks. For some reason, the 6 switch systems look too busy to me, but the 4 switch is just right.
  8. That is crazy, but it looks like we are going to the playoffs! At least we can pick from all the teams again!
  9. Ahhh, K.C. Munchkin! The O2 was the first system I owned and this was one of my favorite games on the system along with Pick Axe Pete! It'll be interesting to hear how it turned out on the 7800, which I hear is a fine system.
