YES!
Omega is part of the Greek alphabet, the playfield in Omega Race is a simple oval/rectangle, which always reminded me of NASCAR tracks, and the 2600 needed a very unnecessary "booster grip", which makes the game more difficult to find and play.
From Willie's latest video, there's an emulator for Intellivision! This is the one I'll try. Info and downloads here: https://atariage.com/forums/topic/260554-studiovision-an-rca-studio-ii-emulator-for-the-intellivision/
I found my stack of Atari catalogs while digging in the attic. Here are the unique issues I found. Does anyone else have others? I wonder how many they actually made? I seem to recall there was a "yellow" one as well in my collection somewhere.
Here are some of the unique items I found while digging in the attic. First of all is the "high score" board my brother and I made for VCS games. We did it in pencil so we could erase and overwrite new high scores. And a pic of the SuperCharger and Atari 8-bit tapes I came across. I still have the manuals for those SC games.
My TI will be the next system out of the attic once I've had my fill of 5200. Next in queue.
I'm also getting pressure from the family to clean off the table completely so we can do puzzles on it. Dang! I may have to move operations out to the garage. At least it's no longer freezing cold out there.
I have a laptop just like that one! It's about to be sold or recycled as I was given a much newer one that was broken and fixed it.
Anyway, its a nice machine. Bummer about the screen. I put a small SSD in mine and that made it super fast.
I really do love this stuff. Mars is what...180 million miles from Earth? The math and technology required to make a successful mission is mind-boggling.
