    Very nice.  I subscribed.

I'm coming at this from a little different angle...I did not have an ST back then, but I have one now.  I'm always interested to know the best games to try.  So I'll be taking notes from this video and any future ones, plus your list.  So thank you!  Keep on sharing.  You've got an active listener here.

I cam across this fantastic video thanks to my friends on Twitter from a you tuber by the name "Games of Gears" this looks to be the first of many hopefully ST videos showing again how great the ST is as a games machine, highly polished production values, this guy knows how to present them.

So please show your support by giving it a watch and start a little topic on your favorite ST shooters that wheren't on the listed.

    Check out the video here

    For me

EPOCH Baseball handheld game.  The game itself is in beautiful condition (missing the battery cover though).  Box is rough.  But instructions are good.

The Entex Space Invader is really good.  I know it's a simple game, but they made it very challenging.  Games go quickly, and it's fun to try to top your high score.  Really nice sound effects too.  I also really like how big they made the unit and especially the screen.  I'm going to leave this one out for a while to keep playing it.  If you ever get the chance to get one of these, I highly recommend it.

The EPOCH baseball in "interesting".  It beeps WAY too much. To the point of being annoying.  Beyond annoying.  The game itself is pretty fun, but it's hard to get hits.  I do like that the score is green, and the rest of the LED's are red.  I'm going to guess that most parents ended hiding this one after listening to all those beeps.  Maybe that's why it's in such nice condition.  A 1970's dad couldn't stand it anymore, ripped off the battery cover to remove the batteries (it got lost), and hid this thing away in the attic.

I'm pretty sure my original one is floating around somewhere, although I doubt I'll find it. I will be on the lookout for another one.

The Stranger Things Soundtrack will be released in TWO volumes starting this week!

Netflix announced today that Stranger Things will release two volumes of its synth-y soundtrack. Stranger Things, Volume 1 arrives digitally August 12th, with a CD release planned for September 16th. Volume 2 is out digitally August 19th followed by a September 23rd physical release.

Kyle Dixon and Michael Stein, two members of the Austin synth act Survive, composed the Stranger Things score. "The directors were previously fans of Survive. They used a song from our first LP in a trailer they made to pitch their concept to Netflix," Dixon said in a statement. "Once the show was picked up, they reached out to see if we were available to score the show."

In an interview with Rolling Stone, Dixon further detailed how they linked up with the show's creators the Duffer Brothers. "They're fans of Survive somehow and it's kind of a mystery... like, they don't really know how they found us," Dixon said. "But they did, and then they emailed us and asked if we were available. They put our song 'Dirge' from our last LP in their trailer for the show. Like, they made a little mock trailer to pitch their concept to Netflix, and they had the song 'Dirge' in there. They were like, 'Oh, shit. That works pretty well for the trailer. It kind of got the vibe across.'"

Stein added in a statement, "We discussed having a classic tone and feel to the music for the show but being reserved enough that it wasn't '80s cheese, while offering a refreshing quality so that felt modern. This was one of the qualities that drew them to our music in the first place. Having a familiarity with classic synths worked, but with an overall forward thinking approach."

One thing I'd love to see in this t-shirt area is more subtlety.  A polo with a tiny Pac Man or Atari symbol on the breast, for example.

I really like stuff that employs the really old box art, or arcade cabinet artwork.  Your question about favorite characters is really tough, because real clear characterization didn't come around until Nintendo came along.  That being said, a shirt with the various incarnations of Mario and Donkey Kong side by side would be kind of neat.
