Yea when i got mine from goodwill it was in the radio section and when i couldnt find the price the worker said hmm not sure what to price this radio at

btw, my wife tried Crsytal Pepsi tonight too and thought it tasted like Sprite!
 
I think the clear color can influence the taste a bit. It clearly had a cola taste to me (get it? clearly), but she was certain that it was citrus like.

Nope.  I never had them either...they just seemed too artificial to me.  But I'd try them now.
 
I also seem to remember that crazy colors seemed to be a fad in the 90's.  Example:  Purple or green ketchup. 

I really don't have fond memories other than the initial "wow" factor, but I'm not a Pepsi fan in general.  I will have to re-visit it though just to see.

Yup! saw some 20 oz bottles on Friday in Walmart. Mind you, not in the soda aisle, but on a smallish side display at the end of a different aisle.  Sadly, I have yet to find Ecto Cooler in store.

They are a ton of fun.  At my work a few years back, they had us decorate those balsa planes in teams, and then prizes were handed out for best decorations, and the plane that could fly the furthest.  Great fun.

The video game guy at the vintage show had a Genesis 3 with no cables.  I passed it up...having too many genesis consoles as it is.  Really cool how small that one was though. 

Star Fleet Academy is pretty fun too.   Nice pickups!

There was a "Vintage Geek and Cult" sale here in town today, and I found the Lynx Ms. Pac Man and Star Trek PC game.  Plus my son got a few comic books.
 
From Goodwill I got the Game Gear.  I noticed the non-color logo, and I remember reading somewhere the ones with the grey logo were made by a third party, and that third party used good capacitors.  So I grabbed it on that hunch.  I have not yet tested it.

Tested the Majesco Game Gear -- it works perfectly!  Sound is great.  The screen is bright and smear-free.  SWEET!

Those aren't super common Rick. Cool find! Majesco, who released the Sega Genesis 3, re-released the Game Gear along with some of the better Game Gear titles around 2000-2002. I remember these being in Toys R Us in 2001 for about $69

One of the original members of Atari.io...greenween is a great person to trade with.  I've had several trades with him, sent him stuff for free, had him send me stuff for free, won a contest prize from him.  Love this guy.
