I bought more Star Wars figures in the 90s from Kay Bee than I did video games.

When I think of Kay Bee, I get a pit in my stomach. I vividly remember walking to my local shopping plaza, sometime in the fall of 1989. I bought a couple of tapes at Bradlees & remember walking around Kay Bee. I was 16 at the time & while I was a huge NES player, I wasn't really into toys that much.

I can only imagine how many great 2600 games I walked past. How many vintage Star Wars figures/playsets, etc. that I didn't even give a second thought. Ugh...

Here's mine:

In high school, I applied for a summer job at Kay Bee.  I ended up making the last cut, but they ended up hiring a really pretty girl from my school instead.  DANG IT!  I can't blame them. 

I also remember that Kay Bee was THE place to get the bargain bin games after the crash in 1983.  ET, Krull, and a bunch of other games I got from there were only $2.

I also like the mini-cab version of Missile Command.  I was thinking when I made my MAME cabinet, I'd use that Atari mini-cab as the model/inspiration.

Since my last post, I opened a new loot crate (with some cool Batman stuff) and reviewed Slalom (NES), and "Really" Impossible Mission (7800)

The No Swear Gamer continues to help my INTV collection grow.

I'm not positive about the dragon, but I believe it is a Game of Thrones thing.  I don't really watch that, so I can't confirm!

Here's my latest after my trade with rows including some new additions.
 
Off the Wall is complete, but the box is in rough shape.
Golf box is slightly faded in the front, scotch tape on front, missing manual  and original foam.

We've had a lot of good trades go down, and I'd like to thank everyone for being cool and honest.  The whole point is to spread the fun with those who love and appreciate the great systems from yesteryear.  Trade something you don't need for something you don't have.  Have fun and meet some great people. 
 
My trade box was empty for a while, but it's getting big again...please go look at post #1 (and everyone else's lists too) and keep the trades going!!!!   I'll make sure to post any future trade pictures here.
