It contains a wealth of information concerning the ColecoVision, Coleco Adam, accessories and games. The Print Ready version is laid out so you can print all the odd pages and then print all the even pages on the backs of the odd pages. Once that is done you can fold the pages in half and staple to get a nice booklet that you can save. And only screwed up once (hint: for two sided printing, do "flip on short edge", otherwise the back sides will be upside down!)
