Atari 5200 Guy reacted to Justin in Squad Challenge - 2018 Pole Position II Grand Prix (Atari 7800)
I disassembled the cartridge and gave it a deep down thorough cleaning before I started playing. I still get that glitch once in a while. It never happens at power up, it's always after playing for about an hour.

Mine hasn't had any glitches, just not playing fair
You might try cleaning the cart's contacts using a q-tip and alcohol to see if that helps.

Atari 5200 Guy reacted to RickR in Family Fun Football
I'm not familiar with that one. But if I saw it, I'd buy it. From your video, it looks like a lot of fun to me. Not too complicated and fun. PS - I subscribed to your youtube channel.
I'm one of those weirdos that really like video games sports titles. I like that sports games usually have a pretty set game length, so if you have 15 minutes, you know you can finish a game. I really like "The Show" baseball games for PSP. And believe it or not, the backyard sports games for GBA are perfect for some silly fun on trips. Just crank up the difficulty level for a little challenge.

This is a fun game! I don't get why it got bad reviews on Metacritic by Nintendo Power, IGN, and ZTGD. Out of all of the sports games I have tried through the decades, this one has become my favorite. It's not overly complicated. I don't get it. Maybe I'm missing something.
Maybe someone here can clear things up for me. I would not pass this game off as shovelware. I have other Wii games a lot worse than this...and I have other sports games that don't get played as much as this one.

Believe it or not I drove in the grass to pass cars when I had no other option.
I graciously bow and say thank you.

Atari 5200 Guy got a reaction from MaximumRD in Scramble (5200) final release ROM
I stopped visiting AA mainly because of the constant bashing of other members and releases which I have seen. That doesn't happen here which is why I would rather spend my time here than on AA. Maybe someday AIO can reach the point it can publish its own line of home brewed software for the machines we love so much.

Funny as I just recently picked up an Extron 7SC to replace out my older JVC S-700 I've been using for years...

Exactly WHY I post stuff like this. we are a small but awesome community here but I know many are not over on AA and so whenever I run across anything cool like this I try to search here to see if already posted and if not I post info and links about it, I try to give credit where it is due and not simply upload the file here but include the source link which seems only fair. I try to think about our community as I peruse other sites and forums. I think in this way way keep all the clutter and nonsense out while sharing the good and worthwhile stuff.

I believe that cream is a hair bleaching chemical found at most salons. There is an alternative method I found interesting...
I have thought about using this method for when I can get a Famicom.

This one is kind of unique -- a port of a Commodore 16 game! How many times have you seen that? Zero.
A demo is here, and the download link is in the description on youtube.
