Objective: Play for the highest possible score using the difficulty settings defined in the challenge. Post a photo or video of your score in this thread. Scores must be achieved between January 1st through January 31st, 2018. Screen captures are not allowed as they are easily manipulated for falsified scores. Multiple submissions are permitted. The player with the highest score at the end of the 1-month competition is the victor!

Eligibility: Anyone can join in. All players are welcome!

Play Rules: Games may be played on real hardware or emulation, using any controller or keyboard, following rules and game settings as delineated in the Squad Challenge. Enhancements and hacked versions of this game are not allowed.

Difficulty Level: Game 1. These default Difficulty Settings provide for One Player playing at Skill 1.

 

Fair Play: Players should play fairly, be honest, and have fun! Falsified scores will result in your immediate removal from the site. It goes without saying that no use of cheats, hacks, cartridge frying, enhancements, Photoshop, subterfuge, or any other unfair advantage is allowed. Everybody hates a cheater.

I was hoping for a Coleco for Christmas. Got a PS4 instead. It's awesome, but I really wanted a Coleco. Have fun!

I'm in!  I'll try to get a score in soon.  I've got my CV out and functioning!

I only have a Coleco FB and it doesn't have the Nintendo licensed titles.  That is one of the main issues with both the Coleco and Intellivision units.  The controllers are cool and the emulation is good, but no DK on the Colecovision FB and no BurgerTime! on the INTV?!!!  Crazy. 

 

What do you folks use for CV emulation?

Burgertime, Lock N Chase, and the Imagic titles are the main reason I asked my wife for a real INTV for Xmas a while ago.

WAY TO GO!! This was our first outing for a ColecoVision game in High Score Squad! Congratulations to Starbuck66 for his win! Starbuck66 won with 67,600 points! RickR snags 2nd Place with a score of 27,300 points. Arenafoot had a good showing with a score of 7,600! I encourage Starbuck66 to add his Donkey Kong high score to the Scoreboard! Way to go guys!
