Replaced our old DELL with a ASUS budget gaming laptop so I installed Garuda Linux on the old DELL. Looks and runs great, when considering some aesthetic options I just HAD to go with these AMIGA themed login/load screens for my own nostalgic pleasure.

😎Classic 80's Vacuum florescent display tech - Loved VFD tech for displays in electronic games and stereo components and even clock radios etc. I know it was more expensive tech but it was so bright and colorful and sure maybe somewhat retina burning but nothing else looked like it, very much of it's time!

Those are really nice.
I've started to divest myself of my VFD tech games. I just don't turn them on often, and someone else will enjoy them more than me. Coleco Pac-Man was the first to go.-

Kettle River Brewing. We haven't been back since they opened but it is just as fun, we had Beer and brunch and Pub trivia and much to our surprise came in 2nd out of 8 teams! 😎The Horror category boosted us from 3rd to 2nd! Not bad for our first time! Kettle River Brewing Co.

My wife and I enjoy PICARD having been big Star Trek TNG fans, we've yet to watch any this season only because we have a long list of shows and movies in our viewing line up, likely we will wait until all episodes have aired and I will collect them all at once and add it to our weekly viewing at some point. I was intrigued by the trailers and defintiely look forward while also not reading too much of this thread. IN THE MEANTIME however 😁 New shirt from my wife 😀😎I'm prepared for it!
