Sorry just seeing this now. Well I draw from a variety of sources, many wallpaper dedicated sites, more recently though a couple wallpaper communities on Reddit. Well 2am here now and a nice evening, wife went to bed earlier, I am enjoying some bubbly with little sleep but enjoying the slight buzz so with that I will say, for whenever you see this, just, thanks again guys for being there, being friends, understanding my craziness and issues, I really appreciate you guys and just know you are definitely a part of making life bearable. I really mean it. Cheers and hope 2023 is at least a little kinder for us then 2022 and hell, the last couple years have been. I am not the smartest or best person but I try THANKS SO MUCH FOR BEING THERE ND PUTTING UP WITH ME.

Linux Discussion - Anybody use Linux for work or daily computing?

Thanks, yeah the name grabbed me right away, honestly I might not of even watched the video otherwise and so far pretty nice in the VM form my little time with it, I like while it is installing it asks you to choose between a couple options so once installed you are pretty good to go. I will likely play around with it and decide if I will install it natively on that old bedroom desktop sometime in the New Year. -
New Years outing - High Tea Eldorado Resort 😎🧐and a nice walk by the waterside. Our big outing lol, relaxing for rest of the evening.

Linux Discussion - Anybody use Linux for work or daily computing?

While I am still currently enjoying ZorinOS on the old Macbook I just seen THIS video and liked the look enough that I am currently downloading the ISO to install and check out in VMware. KaOS Linux Distro, I like the clean design and less is more idea (not being overwhelmed by options) it was this video I just stumbled across that made me decide to check it out. I think also if I like it enough I will consider installing it on the little small form factor HP desktop in the bedroom, again I rarely use it beside testing purposes but right now I have installed ChromeOS Flex which has been good enough for just the light browsing (specs are an old i5 cpu, no gpu, 4gb ram, small 120gb hdd) as it is really not suitable for anything other then the most basic of tasks so maybe I will see how this runs on it IF I can manage to install it natively, it's been a very flaky machine in regards to what OS it will even allow to be installed resorting in having to jump through some hoops to get anything installed on it. 🤷♂️; I know I am not really adding anything of value to this thread and said I would not post otherwise but thought you might want to see this video as something to consider: -

Surprised to see THIS brand in the BIN ! It's rare I find anything the last couple years worthwhile in the bin BUT I was very surprised when I peeked in, not so much the item as much as THE BRAND which is something back in the day I would have LOVED to have. NO I am not taking it as I have literally NO USE for it and these days just cannot be bothered with the details of testing / listing / selling. I never did but a friend of mine did (HEY TONY) so I just had to make this quick video for all you collectors and of course my friend TONY.

Sure the REFACE app can have amazing results, other times though yikes, it creates these horrors.

Been tinkering a bit with ANDROID SUBSYSTEM for Windows. It does NOT use Google Playstore by default but as you can see my version does 😏 Previously, I used some emulators like NOX / BLUESTACKS /LDplayer etc but this seems better with good integration with Windows, for example the ReFace App instantly defaulted to my Desktops Logitech Webcam. I still prefer testing various LINUX distos using Vmware though or older hardware, so I will never use LINUX SUBSYSTEM for Windows and so I have removed that feature.

From what I have read that DOES seem to be the general use for it or the most suggested, makes sense. I was surprised how well it integrated though and definitely prefer it over stand alone emulators like LDplayer which tend to be chock full of adds etc. as well have origins in China so trustworthiness is dubious at best. Seeing the Reface app automatically pickup my webcam was the clincher for me. Now I am using a hack or patched version which allows Google Playstore just to be clear but I am using an ANDROID account I created originally just of emulation purposes anyway. I am no developer but I just cannot help but test and tinker with such things.

Our condo CHRISTMAS. Being Christmas night I figured might be last chance to capture and post these images. Just our hallway, downstairs lobby, around the grounds and our Condo "Clubhouse" all decorated for the HOLIDAYS. Owners volunteer to cheer up the place for us all.
