This week's show, originally postponed one day, has been postponed until next week. My partner was diagnosed with COVID over the weekend. She does have severe symptoms, fortunately. We also reside in a townhome which affords ample space. So I will be spending this week tending to her and ensuring she regains her health. To that end, she was prescribed Paxlovid and it is helping her recovery.
The new show dates will be Wednesday, October 26 and Wednesday, November 9. I will then take a short break due to personal matters before returning for a show in early-to-mid December which will be the "Season 3" finale. I hope to return in January for the start of "Season 4".
I'll upload a few videos in the meantime, including a head-to-head video which I planned to air as a segment.

Anyone know if JUSTIN our site / community creator is OK? Concerned with the chaos of Hurricane Ian in Florida. I attempted to message him here and INSTAGRAM and noticed he had not visited here in a while so just wondering. Hope is is well. 🙁🤷♂️

We welcomed "Babytooth Retro" into the world this morning just before 6:00 am. Mom and baby girl are healthy and sleeping. I'm taking the time to improve my swaddle. 😅
I may not be as active in the coming weeks but will keep ClubVCS rolling.

A version of Rampage that doesn't get a lot of mentions is Activision's 1989 port on the 7800.
It's surprisingly good and has everything you would want from a Rampage game. That said, George, Lizzie and Ralph do look a bit like the Muppet Babies.😅🤣😂🦎🙈🐺

Remember when TBS started every show five minutes late? Everything would be at 10:05 PM etc.

Another interesting article about the new post-Chesnais iteration of Atari. The 50th year of the brand could be a pivotal one.

Shocked to hear about Robert Durst's passing. Limp Bizkit wasn't my cup of tea but hard to argue with the impact they had on music

Interesting interview with current-day Atari's new CEO, Wade Rosen, on the current direction of the company. The Recharged titles have been solid, a new Food Fight is on its way, and Fred is no longer with the Co. Maybe he is the leader to right the ship?

A Kay-Bee ad from 1984 that is circulating on Facebook. Wouldn't it be cool to take the DeLorean time machine back to that time with a wad of cash and buy everything in sight?

PSA: The new Atari VCS is on sale at Microcenter for $249. This in-store only promotion nets you the Black Walnut All-In edition. Retailers elsewhere remain at full price ($399).
If you're curious or need a new mini-PC and live near a Microcenter, now could be a good time.

Maybe it won't be the OUYA 2.0 everybody is saying it might be. It does seem to have good games. But, I wish it would do more than just emulate some of the games. Granted, it is a mini-PC/console, and that might be a boost for it. That makes it versatile. You can install Windows and Linux on it, allowing for more stuff. That price you quoted from Micro Center is one of the cheapest prices for it. Well, let's hope it does well. :O)
