      Unfortunately IPS has stripped all chat functionality from the platform. As of right now I won't be able to incorporate a new chat system into the forums until we upgrade to IP.Board 4, meaning the forums would look completely different and would take a lot of time and money to rebuild. All of the viable 3rd party chats require IP.Board 4 as well. This is a pretty complicated matter but chat will return when I can make it happen. When it does, it means sacrificing the forums that we have...
