I've been playing around with my own (free) streaming channel.   The quality isn't great, but the content is good!

Today I'm streaming the series finale of Automan, then moving on to Tron Uprising.

Not familiar with the book, to be honest.  

Having said that, the trailer looked interesting but VERY busy.  I'm not sure what was going on, but it looked pretty.   Spielberg doesn't generally do bad stuff though, so I'm sure I'll eventually watch this even if its a Netflix viewing.

There was a TON of trailers this weekend.   Some were great, and some looked silly.   (I'm looking at you, Thor.)

here is my Atari 5200 Millipede prototype for your enjoyment. Asteroids part number is CX5248 and was planned for release by atari in 1984. this is an official original prototype that came out of atari and is not a reproduction game. atari had planned Millipede for the 2600, 400/800, 5200 and 7800. this was a very nice version of Millipede and was a huge improvement over 2600 Millipede. it looked just like the arcade and with the 5200 trak-ball it played just like it too. 5200 Millipede was ready to ship in 1984 with a lot of other 5200 games but Jack Tramiel took over and put the kibosh on it all. would this have been enough to entice 2600 owners to jump ship to the 5200? enjoy,

A project to share:  I took the broken C64 power adapter, cut off the cable, and then soldered in two modern switching power adapters.  One 5VDC, and one 9VAC.  It was pretty easy, and it works great now.  I figure if I could do it, others could too.  I did shrink tube the individual wires, but didn't have big enough shrink wrap for the outer wires.  So I just used duct tape.  I know it doesn't look that great, but it should be a lot safer than the original.
 
 
 
 

I'm guessing inside either box is a healthy dose of disappointment.   

Much ado about nothing, like Sega sending out cryptic mix cassettes to hype the fact that they want to sell mobile apps.  

It has people talking for now,  but I have a feeling it will have people laughing in two weeks.

Please let me be wrong, but Atari at this point seems almost incapable of doing the right thing.

So just a little background regarding this video.
My kids and I watched every Nintendo direct on our WiiU, it became an event in our house and we were all very excited each time they came on.
I kept the kids on Nintendo systems for al long as I could because I wanted them to be kids, I wanted them to be lost in innocence and enjoy the kid and family friendly nature on Nintendo. Iwata, Reggie and Miamoto became stars to the kids and they realized that the long linage of games and characters they love these guys had a hand in all of it.
When Iwata died we all cried over here, it was very sad to see his passing.
The man that brought so much to our family fun time passed and we all sat there and cried.  Because of these Nintendo directs my daughter is studying Japanese to become a translator for Nintendo, thats what she want to do.

Definitely looking forward to this! One of the best originals from any streaming service! I like that we can watch it as a family.
 
 
P.S. What is going on with chat? I was MIA for awhile finishing school but I noticed it was gone.

Surely it's not too early to start getting hyped about Season 2!

BatB is a great title, you'll enjoy that one.   Mission X is pretty fun too.   You really need a 2nd player to appreciate Utopia.
