TrekMD got a reaction from MaximumRD in Star Trek: The Experience
I don't know if anyone here got to experience this attraction at the Las Vegas Hilton. I was able to go several times and I even got to do the backstage tour on my last visit. This was a truly amazing attraction for those of us who are Star Trek fans. I found this video in YouTube that discussed this now extinct attraction...
Here I am on the bridge of the Enterprise D. Make it so!

Yeah the Hilton was no on the strip but on the street behind the strip, so getting to it was not as easy. I remember the first time I went, I wanted to take a picture with the female Klingon and, since I was alone, she just grabbed someone quite in character, to make them take the picture. It was hilarious. When I ate at Quark's, one of the Ferengi saw that I was by myself and he sat with me and started having a conversation, also in character. He asked if the food was good and said he would tell the cook because of some rule of acquisition. I loved going there. I took my time looking at stuff and did the rides three and four times. I still have memorabilia from there! I also have a picture in a Borg alcove somewhere. I need to find it and scan it.

OMG, I was just talking about this today!
My wife and I went once. I think it was 1998. I remember it so well. It was so well done with the walk through part and then the 3d ride part. I also remember it was kind of a hike to get to the Hilton from the Mirage where we were staying.
It's cool you got to do the back stage tour and get that picture in the captains chair!
I remember listening to a Wil Wheaton book were he described going to the Star Trek Experience with his wife. If I recall, he kind of scoffed about it at first, but the second he saw that Ent-D bridge, he about broke down in amazement.

Thank you all for the Welcome. For starters I like to say BattleSphere is an official release despite the misinformation, 4Play/ScatoLOGIC was working on the game when Atari was passing out official Dev kits the game was release even though Atari met it's demise and that is a good thing!

TrekMD reacted to 7800 Pro Gamer in I want to beat every 7800 game that can be...
Once again I prove myself to be a liar as the next game I beat is not Rikki and Vikki but Hat Trick. A nice short video but another one bites the dust and it made sense to do it now. This game was also done by ibidinc just like Karateka and done by a familiar name.
So the run down so far is
Midnight Mutants
Tower Toppler
Double Dragon
Ninja Golf
Dragons Havoc
Kung-Fu Master
Commando
Karateka
Hat Trick
All beaten on video. For the upcoming video I wanted to point something out. There will be two Rikki and Vikki videos, this first one is single player and there will be the two player video as the game is much different in multiplayer. That second video has yet to be recorded and will probably be pretty far in the future. As always thanks for the support guys!

TrekMD reacted to Sabertooth in My Arcade Announces Three New Atari Products
The mini arcade was on Amazon a few weeks ago but is now delisted. GenX Grownup just did a reveal of the joystick for the gamestation pro so its still coming. It looks like they made some revisions since the reveal.

TrekMD got a reaction from Smell Dawg in My Arcade Announces Three New Atari Products
Has anyone been able to order any of these? I ordered the GameStation Pro from Office Depot and they cancelled my order. I can't find it on Amazon either. Found it on GameFly but it just says it is not in stock.

TrekMD got a reaction from socrates63 in Strong Museum of Play
Here's some footage from an absolutely incredible trip Mike's Gaming Gala made to Western NY State, visiting an awesome pinball hall as well as the Strong Museum of Play, which included a behind the scenes tour of their lab and archives! Check it out as you'll likely see something in this video that you've never seen before!
