Well, as expected, no kids came to my door.  So now I have candies to eat over some time.  LOL  Of course, I did go to the gym but my Nest Door Bell didn't detect anyone coming by either. 

You’re not alone. I get that it’s Lunar Lander “Beyond”, but it’s not for me. Can anyone confirm whether or not the Recharged series has evolved into the Beyond series, in terms of the flash look/extras.
Not for me but I hope they do well with sales.

I guess I'm just getting too old.  To me this new version has too much flash and extraneous stuff for my taste.  The lunar landings took place in the late 60's and early 70's, so for me the vector style black and white graphics of the original game were just fine and era appropriate.  About the only "improvement" that I would go for would be a green monitor.  I know opinions vary, but that is just me. What else can I add except, "Get off my lawn!"

@Sabertooth  I'm impressed, totally blown away actually.  I know and respect how much time and effort it takes to produce this kind of quality work.  You've earned a lot of respect from many people I'm sure.  I  simply cannot say, "Good job", I have to be totally honest here and say, "Totally awesome and noteworthy job."  

Speaking of word getting out.  I'd like to see the word get out (to selected nice people) about this hidden enclave that is Atari.io.  Know a nice person? Give them a personal invite!  One thing I've learned in life is that the biggest is not always the best.

Since I use my mouse for mostly non-gaming stuff, I put it here.  Anyway the new Logitech MX Master 3S mouse arrived today.  I plugged it in, it found itself, download the software and was I cruising within 2 minutes.  It feels so much better than my old M705.
 

Absolutely!  I usually use an all-in-one digital stick, but for that game it would be worth pulling out my old digital stick... or even consider making a 3D printed Lunar Lander type handle overlay just for that game.
 

I'd love to have Lunar Lander on the 5200!  Back in the day it was one of my favorite games.  And to this day I will NOT admit to how many quarters I dropped into that game.

Wow how times have changed, and I'm not just talking about the computers.  I know people used to dress better for work, but the guys mutton chops ruin the whole look.
