These are from my current trip to Disney...

The audio only versions of the podcast is done and I have several ready to upload.  The avenue I was going to use proves much less useful than I anticipated so I need to go the old fashion route (posting them directly to a podcast distributor myself).  Those of you who requested audio only versions, where do you go for your podcast?  Let me know and I'll start uploading them!

My console and extras just arrived. I won’t have time to open/test it until next week.

In this game, you're a cute little girl named Milli on the hunt for her missing cat Greg, who seems to be just about anywhere that's out of reach! This cool platformer/runner is a fantastic & charming #game, complete with over 100 levels of pure delight & healthy frustration 😉 I play the #game & give commentary while playing for the first time on the #AtariVCS! I do. I like the 7800 graphics, but I don’t like to have the same game for multiple systems. I have only so much space and am reaching the point where I’ll only be looking to purchase ROMs soon.

Nice pick up. Hopefully you have a twin-stick or controller holder for Robotron. It’s an excellent port. Very smooth, fluid gameplay. You have some really good games here. Enjoy!

The intended goal of these final weeks of 2023 was to lay off the game purchasing and focus the budget on Christmas.  I've failed that commitment 😆.
 
Received a great box from @Video 61!  Totally skipped out on the 7800 lineup in its heyday, so this should be interesting.
 

Looked impressive!  There are many things I would have loved to see the 7800 try to do.  I really wish Konami would have tried to make a few of their games for it.  They figured out ways around Nintendo’s licensing rules they could have had another company make their games for the 7800.  

The Asus Tuf laptop we got some months ago to replace the old Dell, I have been trying to get it exchanged/refunded due to several Bluscreens and other issues 😞 Shame as it's the most powerful laptop I've ever personally used. But honestly, though seemingy a good deal at the time I don't "game" on it, I have my old desktop now in the bedroom and though its spec doesn't quite match this Laptop I've never felt I needed anything better for my use BUT if I did we still got the main Livingroom Lenovo Legion Desktop I posted previously that is even more powerful. But this laptop has a 15-inch screen though nice I prefer using the 27-inch Asus monitor on the Legion or the 21-inch monitor in the bedroom on the old CyberPower Desktop 🤷‍♂️Also, I have learned, I agree with what I have heard, outside of really being a gamer that requires true mobility you are better off with a gaming desktop and a mid-range laptop for all your basic work/browsing/video watching etc. Because when you push the dedicated GPU in the laptop the fans ramp up to cool the system to a distracting level imho. Anyway, regardless of whatever happens with this machine figured I'd put it through the benchmarks at least once to post here:
