  1. It is. I once had it. It got stolen by somebody. Bummer.
  2. Vince Guaraldi was a eminent musician. I like the jazz overtones in his music for Peanuts. It's simple, yet easy-going and mellow. He is a legend, for sure. :O)
  3. I was singing the praises of Jaguar when it came out, and I was disappointed when it failed myself. It's too bad, really. It could have done very well. It had the horsepower and the technology. It was grossly (and I mean grossly) under-marketed and underdeveloped. What a shame!
  4. So right on! Plus, you would need to experiment to get those games better on that amazing hardware.
  5. I have a couple of these as well. I don't have them on-hand at the moment, though, but I have the Atari Stars poster, and one of the red Atari catalogs on the bottom of the picture. I also have a couple of Atari Advantage posters in my collection.
  6. I don't give credence to the kind of crap Jack Tramiel is guilty of. So, no justifications for him. If it sounded that way, that was not my intention at all. So, no worries there.
  7. No excuses here, either. He was the guiding force that destroyed Atari. He was mean, uncouth, and despotic. Understood. Thanks for letting me share.
  8. Sure, he was a horrible businessman. But, did you know he was also a survivor of Auschwitz, a concentration camp in Poland during World War II? It's true. Some of his family members were killed there. I am sure it was traumatic for him. But, differences aside, he still could have done better with Commodore and Atari. He destroyed Atari. Well, he's gone now. There's no longer anything anybody can do about it. Sad legacy.
  9. If I remember correctly, it was software for my Power Mac G4 at the time. I got Adobe Premiere, but it was only an older upgrade version. It didn't help anyway.
  10. By the way, welcome to the forums, Jas. I think you will like it here. :O)
  11. Got another question: Has anyone ever tried to make an optical disc emulator for the Jaguar CD player besides the JagGD cartridge? That would be interesting. I know they are for the Dreamcast and the GameCube. If not, I can see why it would be complicated because of the way Jaguar CD software is created. Thanks. :O)
  12. That actually sounds like a great idea. I would like to hear more. :O)
  13. I mean, it seemed he was banned once before and was forgiven. That usually doesn't happen here.
  14. That was what they used to nickname the Jag CD: "The Toilet Bowl!" Too funny. Well, go figure! XD
  15. Actually, it does look like one, come to think of it. :O)
  16. The Lynx I, as I always thought, kind of looks like a bone. I mean it has the narrow middle and the wider ends, and it looks like a bone or dog biscuit as a result. :O)
  17. Really. I always thought it was about Thanksgiving. Maybe, it's both Thanksgiving and Christmas. They happen at the same time of year.
  18. Good. I am glad of that. You want posterity, of course, with the Lynx being as unaltered as possible. :O)
  19. You're welcome. It's a decent-tasting tea for sure. :O)
  20. I looked at the link. I guess it is a variety pack. Great buy, by the way. :O)
  21. By the way, I use Bigelow's Perfectly Mint tea for my recipe, because of its quality. Or, Mint Medley, which has a combo of spearmint and peppermint tea in each bag.
  22. Is this a variety pack? Thanks for posting, by the way. :O) I like brewing spearmint tea in my coffee pot. Then, I mix it with 2/3 cup of Truvia Cane Sugar Blend, which is like 1 1/3 cups of sugar, but less because of the stevia and erythritol mixed in with the healthier cane sugar. I mix it with the concentrate, made with five cups of water and four tea bags, and then pour in enough water for two quarts of tea. Then, I put it in the refrigerator, and voila! Mint iced tea. It's very delicious. Not only is it tasty, it's good for the digestive system if I had mild or moderate indigestion. Mint has that effect on the body. So, that's my iced tea recipe. Thanks for letting me share. ^_^
  23. True. This is a good point. I have wrestled with that myself. It could lower the value definitely. Interesting to think about, though. :O)
