  1. This is true. But, is this a computer or an emulated console? It looks like a computer, but you never know nowadays. There's the Amiga 500 Mini, but that is emulation. It's not a full-fledged Amiga computer, from what I understand. But, I could be wrong. I don't know.
  2. Right. I keep emailing them about that, and I don't get a response. It might have folded.
  3. Isn't this the Milton Bradley controller for Spitfire Attack on the A2600? I have heard of it before, but never seen it until now except in TV commercials during the 1980s. Interesting! :O)
  4. Amazing job Lars Hannig did on this game. It's too bad he shelved it. It could have been like Myst. I see the parallels. I have heard of Eerievale, and I have seen pictures of it before. Interesting game.
  5. I was referring to the other post on this forum from a couple of years ago I saw tonight about Midsummer Dreams. That was also good work. Thanks for your efforts.
  6. I only ask because Blender is not only free to use, it is a great 3D modeling program. I think when you were designing Midsummer Dreams, you said you used Blender for the graphics. As for myself, I think Blender is a great tool for game development. It can also be used for other things as well.
  7. I assume you're using a 3D program like Blender for the backgrounds, am I right? It looks like it's 3D modeled.
  8. JagStudio may take a little bit of time to study, but I think it's worth it. Thanks again, sir.
  9. Interesting. Thanks for the tip. It seems pretty simple. :O)
  10. With that being said, what is the best setting for an MP3 and what length should it be at, taking into account size limitations? Curious.
  11. At least, that was what I have heard anyway about MP3 compatibility with the Jag.
  12. Really! I thought the Jag was unable to play MP3s. Unless, it needs to be converted to something else. Interesting…
  13. I have a question. Is the BASIC in JagStudio like any other previous forms of BASIC for the older Atari computer systems and game consoles, or is it totally different?
  14. Well, true to form and being honest, I did play my Jaguar last night for Atari's 50th anniversary. It was a fun time, too. I played Dragon's Lair and Hover Strike. I loved doing that, too. You have got to love retro gaming technology. I think, in some ways, Atari games might be better than what's out there now. It depends on the games. Thanks for letting me share and happy 50th to Atari! :O)
  15. My three games: Crystal Castles (XE) Dragon's Lair (Jag CD) Space Ace (Jag CD) I have beaten Dragon's Lair and Space Ace, but never Crystal Castles. That game is wicked difficult! But, I would choose these because of their fun factor. :O)
  16. Knowing me, I will probably play my Jag games. I love playing my Jaguar when I can. It seems appropriate to play it on Monday next week for Atari's 50th. :O)
  17. It is a science fiction series not unlike Star Trek, but I think it is a comedy. I have never seen it, so I know very little about it. It was on Fox for awhile, and it is on Hulu, from my understanding. From what it sounds like, it is a parody of Star Trek.
  18. Yes! I love it. They are using an ST for sure. Chalk one up for retro. :O)
  19. My first was ESB for the A2600 also. I loved it. Eventually, I got Jedi Arena, Death Star Battle, and the Arcade Game for the A2600. I loved them all. :O)
  20. Is the A2600 a Heavy or Light Sixer? It looks like a Heavy Sixer to me with the type on it.
  21. You are also right about one other thing, RickR. The nacelles do not look like turkey drumsticks like in the Kelvin Timeline. That is a good thing. :O)
