  1. That actually sounds like a great idea. I would like to hear more. :O)
  2. I mean, it seemed he was banned once before and was forgiven. That usually doesn't happen here.
  3. That was what they used to nickname the Jag CD: "The Toilet Bowl!" Too funny. Well, go figure! XD
  4. Actually, it does look like one, come to think of it. :O)
  5. The Lynx I, as I always thought, kind of looks like a bone. I mean it has the narrow middle and the wider ends, and it looks like a bone or dog biscuit as a result. :O)
  6. Really. I always thought it was about Thanksgiving. Maybe, it's both Thanksgiving and Christmas. They happen at the same time of year.
  7. Good. I am glad of that. You want posterity, of course, with the Lynx being as unaltered as possible. :O)
  8. You're welcome. It's a decent-tasting tea for sure. :O)
  9. I looked at the link. I guess it is a variety pack. Great buy, by the way. :O)
  10. By the way, I use Bigelow's Perfectly Mint tea for my recipe, because of its quality. Or, Mint Medley, which has a combo of spearmint and peppermint tea in each bag.
  11. Is this a variety pack? Thanks for posting, by the way. :O) I like brewing spearmint tea in my coffee pot. Then, I mix it with 2/3 cup of Truvia Cane Sugar Blend, which is like 1 1/3 cups of sugar, but less because of the stevia and erythritol mixed in with the healthier cane sugar. I mix it with the concentrate, made with five cups of water and four tea bags, and then pour in enough water for two quarts of tea. Then, I put it in the refrigerator, and voila! Mint iced tea. It's very delicious. Not only is it tasty, it's good for the digestive system if I had mild or moderate indigestion. Mint has that effect on the body. So, that's my iced tea recipe. Thanks for letting me share. ^_^
  12. True. This is a good point. I have wrestled with that myself. It could lower the value definitely. Interesting to think about, though. :O)
  13. Getting back to my previous post, I wonder if there are professional agencies that restore video game boxes, cartridges, and artwork. I can't really think of any at the moment. Does anyone have any ideas? Just curious. It seems it would be a fledgling industry, if it exists at all. Thanks. :O)
  14. It would be nice to see multiple-terabyte-sized SSDs get cheaper. It would really extend the life spans of my computers. Especially, my iMac. That is in the shop now getting refitted with a 5TB drive and 32GB of RAM. Unfortunately, a large SSD of that caliber would be over $600.00, most likely. That's way out of my price range ATM. It's an older Mac, but it still does what I want it to do, and that's OK with me. So, I can't complain. :O)
  15. I also want to figure out a way not really to reproduce game art, but to restore existing game art like older game boxes and cart labels. I want to restore it to original condition as much as possible. If it can be done without damaging the artwork more, for posterity, I would like to explore that. I would like to explore that option. There must be a way to do it safely and within artistic license without altering the intrinsic value of the artwork. That would be interesting. Difficult, but interesting. This is ongoing, and not just for 2022. Thanks for letting me share. :O)
  16. I want to try to get more Atari Lynx games for my collection. I think I have 44 now, but it isn't complete. It's a sweet little handheld. I give it TLC. :O)
  17. This is interesting. Thanks for posting this. :O)
  18. That would be really cool to build. Thanks for posting, Justin. :O)
  19. Thanks for showing this tutorial, Justin. I am sure it will come in handy as a great tutorial for those people who want to restore this stuff for posterity. :O)
  20. Thanks for the tip, CrossBow. I will remember that about the controllers and the warning about swapping them with the power on. :O)
  21. Besides, if you got the McWill LCD, it might be altered even more because of the VGA output. I think that's optional, though. BennVenn looks less invasive.
