Exactly! You just mentioned a few of my favs. I would have to believe that these are faves of most 7800 enthusiasts.

Here’s hoping they work it out.

I have both.  It would be so cool if Atari polished these games and gave them POKEY sound!

    My son outgrew them.
2 sets, each box has the car, 4x gates, and 2x arrow track pieces.

Shoot me an offer for one or both. 🙂

I'm beginning a weekly casual gameplay only series on the 2600+ starting with my childhood favorites.  No practicing in advance. Just on and play.
The first game is Q*bert. I adore the 2600 port. Played in Expert Mode with the new CX-40+.

I have mine ordered!  Make sure you check your spam folder I waited 3 days thinking I didn't get a response, but video 61 responded extremely fast, it just went to my spam for some reason. So I accidentally waited 3 days I didn't have to which was completely my fault!
Also those boxed lot deals are fantastic. You guys already beat eBay and then you give deals on top of that, it's just incredible.  Video61 is the best kept secret for Atari collecting and I don't think it needs to be a secret!
And as Vinnie said on the Atari 7800 Forever Podcast, now that AA is part of the mothership, Video61 is now the largest independent provider of Atari homebrew* around!  Think about it.  Best electronics doesn't deal in homebrew, and for as good as GoodDealGames is, they don't create anything or have much exclusive but Video61 does!   Congratulations guys keep up the great work!

    BLACK FRIDAY
    BOXED LOT #3
    ATARI 7800 Starter Set!

    hi everyone,
we are happy to offer this batch of customer returns we purchased out of Atari decades ago. these items were returned to Atari for various reasons by retailers. many times they are still new, or opened boxes, but complete.
many games are still shrink wrapped, but the boxes are poor, that is why many of the games were returned to Atari, poor boxes, which made the games unsellable.
we have perhaps thousands of these Atari games left in our warehouse, but the games and boxes were sent to us unsorted. Atari just threw everything in shipping boxes and sent them to us... so we are not sure of how many titles of these we have, or their numbers.
since we don't have the time to sort these boxes out, we will just put up batches for sale, offered exclusively to Atari I/O Members at a discounted price. as these are discounted items, we are unable to mix or match or look for certain titles, because we have no time, and i feel the price is right for this batch.
among our customer return items, there are titles for Atari 2600, Atari 5200, Atari 7800, and Atari 400 / 800/ XL / XE. There may be Atari Lynx and Jaguar games also in the future!
there will be no warranty on these.
this batch will be $99.95 and includes free shipping if you live in the u.s.a.
this is not an auction, and we are not negotiable on the price, as its firm and fair.
to inquire or purchase please include where you live, and email us with your order at video61@atarisales.com, or video61atarisales@gmail.com
please do not internally e-mail me from atari.io with your order
here are the titles included in this batch:

Couldn’t agree more. I’m very happy with the Lynx. The homebrew scene is very active for it as well. Lots of great titles (OG and homebrew) to choose from.

@Video 61 can weigh in on this more than I can - and maybe this would be an excellent topic for one of his unique Blog posts - but according to Lance, EPYX had a great many more Lynx games already in development that would've cost Atari very little to bring to fruition, but Jack Tramiel pulled the plug. Incredibly unfortunate.

Also look up SIO2USB and SIO2SD.  Those are devices you can use with the SIO port.  It’s amazing what these Atari computers can do these days.  Very flexible systems.

FYI The atari 8bit computers Run all the 5200 games , they change the controller is all. and all the 5200 only games have been done for decades.
Multi Cart, there is many to chose from, Uno cart, MyIDE2 , AtariMax 8meg carts (reprogramable) SD max ect...

My first was a 400 in 79 and xmas 1980 I bought the 800 for the keyboard. I still Today have my 800.

Bought the TI99/4A when they had the rebate, I wanted to check out the voice Syn. which was free with buy 3 games.

Ah, good!  I would say the game selection is MUCH bigger than the 5200.  There are thousands of disk-based games that will blow the mind.  Pretty much the entire EA library, for example.  Or Datasoft.  War games, adventure games, sports games...so much to explore on the Atari 8-bit.
As far as solutions for multi-carts, I suggest starting with the simple "UnoCart".  It's cheap and loads cartridge/tape/disk images.  I think I wrote a review in my blog here.

Yeah, that pretty much what I meant.  I've not been into the Atari's computer consoles so know nothing about them.  I'm guessing the game selection is not much different than my 5200 though.

What do you mean by "Super Cartridge"?  If you mean something that can load images off SD card, there are many choices, and all pretty inexpensive.

This seems like a good price on an Atari 800XL (if not for the shipping price) that supposedly has never been used.  << HERE >>
I'm curious, do they also have a Super Cartridge for this computer?  If so, without the shipping price could have been a great deal.
