Intel Core i7-4790k (4 GHz) 32 Gb DDR3 1 TB SSD 1 TB Hard Drive GeForce GTX 660 I know...not the latest and greatest, but a huge improvement over what I had.  It's very quick in loading atari.io!

The player with the highest score at the end of the 2-week competition is the victor!

Play Rules: Games may be played on real hardware or emulation, using any controller or keyboard, following rules and game settings as delineated in the Squad Challenge. Enhancements and hacked versions of this game are not allowed.

Difficulty Level: Default. The Difficulty switches and Game Select switches are not used in this game.
 
Scoring: A "realistic" odometer registers the miles you've covered in the game. Beneath the odometer is the day indicator, which keeps track of the number of days you've been on the Enduro circuit. When the race is over, the mileage on the odometer and the day on the indicator represent your rating results or score.
 
Fair Play: Players should play fairly, be honest, and have fun! Falsified scores will result in your immediate removal from the site. It goes without saying that no use of cheats, hacks, cartridge frying, enhancements, Photoshop, subterfuge, or any other unfair advantage is allowed. Everybody hates a cheater.

Welcome _aterw. Games, vinyl and guitar are 3 of my favorite things as well. I learn something new about classic games everyday on here!

I've been playing on the 7800 but the score doesn't show that it's on the advanced setting.

I keep trying to get the 7800 emulator on my wii but it freezes everytime I scroll to the emulator on the homebrew browser. Any ideas Atari Creep?

I had a dream about that 7800 control pad the other night!! One day it will be mine, oh yes, it will be mine.

Gave up on the Wii, but FINALLY figured out the emulator for my pc, complete with high score cart just like Atari Creeps. I'm loving it!

Nice! Yes with the 2600 joystick both guns and bombs fired at the same time too. That's why I wanted to try an emulator to see if it made it better(or worse).
