  1. No, thank goodness! But I'm an old goat that insists on retaining decorum. I'm guessing you're the same, but several of the jobs in my distant past involved wearing a tie to work every day. Well, it's much more casual now, but I still try to stick with business casual at least.
  2. Oh yeah! G-Loc! Who could resist? Even those silly "hunting" games with the arcade shotguns were pretty dang sweet.
  3. Wow, I've never ever heard of most of these. That took a lot of effort to put together. 5 stars.
  4. I'm with you on this. Too hot! The next several days are going to be a challenge here. I'm wearing shorts to work, whether they allow it or not 🙂 But hey, there is some solace in suffering together, right? Stay cool, my friends.
  5. One of my favorite characters from Voyager. I'll see if I can find a copy of this book. Thanks for the mini-review. PS - the Susan Sackett book has been a really good read. She writes well, and there is a lot of insight there into Gene. I'm very glad to have that one.
  6. I don't have an answer other than what everyone else has said, but this makes me think a 7800 homebrew version of "Top Gun" would be awesome. The 7800 could do that game pretty well I imagine. <Rick writes this good idea down in his projects notebook>
  7. Please let me know what you think of this one (if you have time to read it). I'm almost done with the Susan Sackett book.
  8. Four more Evercade carts, purchased used.
  9. That looks like a lot of fun. I am not in the area, but I wish I was. I hope you'll post pictures of the show after it is complete.
  10. @Smell Dawg, I salute you for going with the full boxed copies. Really nice!

Welcome Mike! We appreciate your work.
  13. Your post reminded me of the really old version of "Spaceship Earth" at Epcot...the short homage to the garage-based innovations in Silicon Valley.
  14. It is always fascinating to learn of how a single person, right time/right circumstances, can have such a huge influence on human history.
  15. I meant a demo for Pengo...which I found here: https://forums.atariage.com/topic/325806-pentago/page/8/#comment-5093847
  16. It is very smooth and has really nice music. Very well done.
  17. The BTTF "photo" but with Eric Stoltz instead of Michael J Fox
  18. This reminds me of that old 8-bit computer game "Pogo Joe"
