Great picks!  But I put a Hot Wheel in there just for you

Not really, it just fit perfectly in the space left.

Not with the Atari lamps.  The rod goes right through where the chip itself would normally be, so the boards are removed first, and the dust covers put back in place.  The M Network lamp carts still have their boards since they're only COB pcbs and are very small, so the rod doesn't go through them.

I've only played the 2600 and Intellivision versions and it is hard to choose.  Both are fun to play but the Intellivision version looks better and has that added boss level that makes it really cool.

OK.  Here is what I took out.  This was a really awesome box and cram packed with stuff, so I do apologize but I was unable to put a few things I wanted to put in.
    1. Minestorm overlay for the Vectrex!!!  I have been wanting this overlay for years and never been able to get my hands on.  This will live on my Vectrex!
    2. Golf and F1 race for the famicom
    3. Boxed Basketball for the 2600
    4. 10 Yard Fight for the N.E.S.
    5. A bunch of Manuals and bruchures (very cool one for Yars' Revenge, multi language)
    6. Fix-It Felix Jr. for the genesis.  This is crazy, I didn't know this existed and my daughter and I watch Wreck it Ralph all the time and I always thought it would be cool if this game actually existed, and it does.

Cool, dealing with a broken left wrist right now so that might have to wait a bit! Trying to decide which is better, Demon Attack on Int. or Atari! Both are great. Grew up on the 2600 version so it's the one I'm familiar with. Love the way the enemies spawn and the ships separating into 2, plus very tight controls. However, the Intelliversion has much better colors, backgrounds and having a Boss battle completely caught me by surprise!! So far I love them both but think the 2600 version slightly wins!!

When you play Night Stalker, make sure to use BOTH controllers.  One to move and one to fire.  It's so much better that way.

Some of the stuff in the pictures above:
The "Mork" costume was recycled from an episode of Star Trek.  It was Colonel Green's costume in "The Savage Curtain".  Back to the Future props were the real deal from part II. Ghostbusters props They have a ton of famous instruments.  Paul McCartney's bass guitar, Eric Claptan's guitar, a whole room of Jimi Hendrix stuff, and another of Nirvana.  The Nirvana room will really take your breath away.  Kurt Cobain died way too young.  All of the Star Trek stuff was the real deal.  Models, props, costumes actually used on the shows.  They had so much that I didn't include pictures of here...script pages, tribbles, set mock-ups...it was mind boggling.  The bridge console was just the most fascinating thing ever.  I must have stood there looking at it for a good 30 minutes.  It's essentially plywood and paint, with switches and lights added in.  It's magic how we all believed this was from a real star ship, as up close, it's almost comical.  It had a ton of dings and dents.  And the notes implied that it was in very terrible condition with many parts missing when it was found.  Beautifully restored, they left a lot of the damage intact.  The props (phaser, tricorder, communicator, medical probe, hypo-spray, etc) were so cool to see up close.  These things were just beautifully made.  So much detail that you'd never see on TV.  The costumes are amazing.  You could actually "feel" the presence of the original actors.  The Dr. McCoy costume, for example, really comes to life when you see it there right in front of you....just about my size.  Larger-than-life characters become more human when you get this up-close perspective.

Also more on the Sears Video Arcade 2 -- the picture is wonky on some games.  Berzerk has a thick blue band at the top.  Space Invaders rolls a bit.  Some games are perfectly stable.  I don't think they made a PAL model, so it couldn't be that.  Or could it?

I just tried, and the answer is no.  The button works, but the knob does nothing.  I'm not sure if there's a trick to it or not, but I tried in both "joystick" and "paddle" mode.

Ironically, I also can't get the paddles to work on my Gemini.  There, the knob works, but not the button.  I think I need what the manual refers to as a "wye" cable, but don't have that.

I just PM'ed GW and JMJ.  The donated 7800 is now fixed.  I was able to repair the power button without replacing it.  It actually wasn't that hard, so please let me know if anyone else needs help with flaky buttons on the 7800 console.

Well...I remember playing the 280 and wasn't really good at it.  Then Mom bought a Datsun 280Z, later followed by a 280ZX, one of which I would get later in life, and flashbacks of that game came to mind.  I agree, the 280ZZZapp!  game was loads of fun!
