Still holding the top spot with 136,347!

  2. Thanks for sharing these fantastic insights! I wonder if the 100k rule held true for Atari under Sam during the Jaguar's run? With such a limited installed user base, that's nearly a 70 percent attach rate for each sold out title based on 150,000 Jaguars sold during its commercial life. I've read AVP was the best seller at 85K.
  3. Who else has tried the free demo?! I'm loving the implementation of the Classic Controller on this one.

It has the vibe of the Millennium Falcon flying in to destroy the second Death Star in "Return of the Jedi"

  5. A quick gameplay only first look at the newly released demo of Super Star Shooter 16 for the Atari VCS. This retro-inspired rail shooter from JD Video Game Productions comes to the VCS later this fall. The demo is available in the store for FREE right now!
  6. A fun 1990s-styled spot from KRAZ Productions.
  7. It's 100 percent Rikki & Vikki. It's an absolute showcase for what the 7800 can do and in many ways looks better than an NES game. If you weren't able to get a physical copy, try it out on Steam.
  8. I enjoyed both the crossover episode and this last one immensely.
  9. Yeah, it's been a lot of fun. The last episode was fantastic! I've watched SE 02 EP 09 twice. Great stuff!
  10. I split my orders between Songbird Productions and Video Games Plus in Canada. As Trek has already shared the Songbird link, here's the one for VGP. https://videogamesplus.ca/ VGP offers free shipping, which is a plus.
  11. An amazing update to BigPemu: Missile Command 3D in VR! 28 years after release, folks can experience this fantastic game the way it was meant to be played! Is your mind as blown as mine is?!
  12. Releasing August 17! Hat tip to @D.joe who shared the link in Discord.
  13. It doesn't appear so. They did involve Tim in the creation of the key art for the VR game Pixel Ripped 1978. It would be cool if they used the same approach for the XP line. I have all of the carts so far and agree that there is a lot they could be doing differently. However, $60 for a boxed cart with a manual is on par with other homebrew. Particularly for Mr.Run & Jump since it's a new game and not an existing ROM slapped on a cart.
  14. I pre-ordered it. I dig the modern version and the dev seemed to put a lot into the 2600 version over several years. Here's a great interview with the dev by Zero Page Homebrew.
  15. @D.joe - I like how you're already ramping up your game! Tenacious!
  16. It's definitely worth it. If you like H.E.R.O. you won't be disappointed. It's amazing that @Davpa got this on the VCS as an exclusive digital release.
  17. Congratulations @socrates63! What an amazing score! Cheers to everyone who played! It was great to see such participation on the classic 7800 game.
  18. Congratulations @RickR, the winner of our Yars' Revenge Enhanced: Ultimate Yars Squad Challenge! Rick battled the Qotile for his first Recharged Squad Challenge win with a terrific last minute score of 160,303! I used the zorlon canon to blast my way to second place with a score of 140,881. @Mockduck nibbled the shield to take third with 52,411. A big shout out to @Smell Dawg, who joined in as a shadow player and kicked off the series with a score of 27,086! (Note: this score will not count toward the giveaway.) As the winner of this round @RickR will receive 3 entries in the upcoming giveaway! Everyone else will receive one entry! I'd like to encourage @RickR to post this high score on the Scoreboard so we can make sure this Challenge continues on! Congratulations to Rick on a fantastic win and to everyone else who jumped in! NOTE: Our next Recharged Squad Challenge is ALIEN ABDUCTION! Live now!
