Yea...I know the feeling. My wife doesn't understand my video game passion. But the 2600 does play a mean game of Pong so I'm happy with it.
Sorry for that. I did not know there was another variation. I learned something new. It is a Warner release though and not a Jack release.
That's not just Tennis. Just Tennis is the sport watched on TV. That is a very important Activision title. 😁

Karateka is done. And I'll probably never touch it again honestly... Maybe the apple ii version one day when...

TrekMD got a reaction from Sabertooth in Quantum: Recharged
I've only played this in the arcade a few times. This looks like a cool version.

That does look scary but it does appear that you have a plan in place. Let's hope you don't have to use it!

I should have the new video, a complete playthrough of Karateka up tomorrow. I want to polish up the voice overs a bit for you guys, talk clearer, etc. I already have the following video started but after that I have a few games we could look into.
I finished up playing Bentley bears crystal quest complete with all warps and the entrance to world six. Seems that nobody has posted this info online that's easily accessible and I feel the games been out long enough that we can make it common knowledge.
Or
We can look into the Missing in Action prototype. While incomplete it is technically beatable and has an ending. But I took the easy route and played with invincibility on. I figured it was fine since the game is in an incomplete state. I plan on attempting to discover as much as I can about what happened to this unreleased gem behind the scenes.
Or
We can look at the two 7800 wrestling games, title match and mat mania. I planned on combining the two into a single episode since all I have to do is beat the CPU. Plan is to embarrass myself with some bad 80s wrestling impressions, way out of my comfort zone but you only live once. Might as well have some fun.
Let me know what you guys want to see and let me know if you like knowing what's coming ahead of time via these forums or rather be surprised. I figured with all the knowledge on this forum you guys might drop some knowledge for the video that I might've missed.

@RickR's short post was so funny I went on the prowl for more. I found the Tomorrow is Yesterday episode from Bluejay 4's perspective...

Today's mail call is an eclectic mixture -- most notable are John Hancock's latest 2600 homebrew and Datasoft's Bruce Lee. I loved playing Bruce Lee on my 800 back in the day. Datasoft is one of the publishers that warms my heart. So far, I only have three from Datasoft (Bruce Lee, Zaxxon, Canyon Climber).

TrekMD reacted to Funkmaster V in Pac Man 40th Anniversary Review and Comparison!!! 9:30EST Tonight!!!
Silverback and Funkmaster V compare the two Pac Man Collections for the Atari 7800 programmed by Bob Decresenzo (Pac Man Plus). Which one is worth playing now? The original was the number one selling homebrew at Atari Age... can the new one designed for the XM Console defeat it??? #atari7800 #atari #pacman
Live tonight at 9:30PM EST

TrekMD got a reaction from socrates63 in Strong Museum of Play
Here's some footage from an absolutely incredible trip Mike's Gaming Gala made to Western NY State, visiting an awesome pinball hall as well as the Strong Museum of Play, which included a behind the scenes tour of their lab and archives! Check it out as you'll likely see something in this video that you've never seen before!

TrekMD got a reaction from DegasElite in STAR TREK: THE MOTION PICTURE - The Director's Edition - 4K Release on Paramount+
Oh, this was the movie that got me INTO Star Trek. I've always liked it and I have various cuts of it. The most recent BD release is the best one, though.

TrekMD got a reaction from Justin in "The Kirk that never happened" - Tricked into believing this was Star Trek: Phase II
TrekWorld has the best videos looking at the Star Trek that never was (Phase II). There is very little video and most of it doesn't even have sound!
