I don't have a Jaguar yet, but I do have this:

 

 

I'm not sure if it's possible to find the guts of a Jaguar, or maybe a Jaguar with a cracked/broken case that I could transplant into this thing. But I'm keeping my eyes open for such a thing.

It was probably some of the earlier Pong machines that caused the fear.  I'm sure a rare few of them caused burn in if you played for several hours every day.

I was forced as a kid to play my Atari on a black and white tv. My parents fell for the rumors about screen burn. I tried to tell them that it only happened when you play a single game for hours on end. Never got to play in color until the 90s.

My parents relegated me to the basement TV for this same reason!  Initially, it was B&W, but they did upgrade to a "Sampo" 19" color shortly after.  I did get to put the 2600 on the big console TV upstairs once when I was really sick.  They took pity on me.  It was a rare snow day, and I wasn't allowed to go outside...so they let me game on the big tv instead.  I remember that day well.  A ton of Circus Atari was played that day.

Here's a video (not mine) of the pinball game in action.  This guy isn't very good at it, but you get an idea of the play.  I always thought it was really well done, and the sounds are really good.

It's LCD.  Tomy Electronic Pinball.  I got that one new when I was a kid.  Spent hours playing it.  It's not bad really, but pretty crude by modern standards.

AF, believe me when I tell you that if I can do it, you can do it. I have ZERO technical skills. I'm the least handy person you will ever meet. You'll breeze through it.

 

This should be the benchmark for any DIY projects on here. "Can StormSurge do this?" If yes, it's SIMPLE. If no, it still may be easy for 90% of you but not for SS.

Don't be too hard on yourself!  It takes guts to even try.  You got my respect for trying.  And a little extra for succeeding.
