I recently discovered the official Atari Games Podcast and thought I'd share it with everyone here.  This is a cool podcast because they talk about the recharged games, how they were developed. They also talk about Atari games in general.  As of my posting this, they have 13 episodes available.  You can find them on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Podbean, or your podcast application of choice.  I follow them using Podcast Republic.

There's one non-Trek sci fi ship that I really like.  The Cygnus from The Black Hole...



 

I would support it but, as Justin says, it would need game library support as well.  It could be enhanced to do better 3D graphics also.

These are very cool to see.  I have the 2600 port almost complete in box.  It’s missing the console overlay for the switches.  It is amazing how much effort and research went into making this game.  And it doesn’t flicker!

I actually didn't know they have a YT version!  LOL  Unless there's something special on the video versions, I rather listen to the audio versions as I can do that while I drive to/from work.  🙂

An Intel NUC 12.  I feel very lucky to give this a try in replacing my giant desktop computer with something very small and powerful.  I'm just waiting for memory to arrive to assemble this.

I didn't realize this was also on audio only. They play the video version on their YT channel. You may hear a few questions from yours truly in the earlier episodes. I think they got tired of hearing from me. LOL
