Thanks for the info Rick! I'd like to pass it on for some games though.

I bought this Atari CX22 trak-ball about a year ago and have no use for it. I assume this was meant for Atari computers? It seems pretty useless for the 2600/7800. Looking to trade it for some 2600, 5200 or 7800 carts. I'm guessing it's only worth maybe $15 - $20 so I don't expect much. If interested send me a list of your extras and how many you want to trade and we'll make a deal.

For the 2600, you can put the switch in "Joystick" mode, and it works pretty well for Centipede, Missile Command, etc. Put the switch in "trak ball" mode, and give some of the paddle games a try. Pretty cool.
On the Atari Computers, Missile Command is the only game designed to utilize this controller. You press CTRL-T, and put the switch in "trak-ball" mode...and it is the most AWESOME thing you'll ever see.
They also make some homebrews that use this controller in "trak-ball" mode for 2600. There are hacks for Centipede, Missile Command, etc. Really cool if you have a Harmony cart.

greenween got a reaction from Sabertooth in Would you collect Atari porn games from Mystique/Playaround!
I would never collect them just because they seem like trash to me, gameplay as well as content. However, if I found one in a box somewhere I'd have no problem selling it to someone who wanted it.

He never said he couldn't do it - he said a straight port of Star Castle would have sucked given the limitations of the VCS.

Hey I also would like to trade this Intellivision. Here are some pics the gold foil is missing on the second controller and the gold front plate has dents in it (as seen in pics). Works great, comes with rf cable and a rf switch if you need it (I'm sure I have one somewhere).

That's a hell of a deal! Smart choice also. Despite what the haters say, the 5200 is a wonderful machine!

OK, sorry for the delay, but this junk box was agonizing for me. correagonzales put in something VERY nice, and I couldn't decide if I should take it or not. I finally decided that I should, but I hope you'll all give me a little leeway on the "equal value" clause. I think this thing is much more valuable than what's normally in a junk box. But gosh darn it, I love Colecovision, and I could not resist. I hope I made up for it with quantity of more junk added to the box.
So here's what I took:
Colecovision Super Game Module and Donkey Kong (both in box). My gosh, I can't thank you enough. Such a cool thing to include. Again, I agonized. INTV Space Battle (in Sears box) -- My favorite INTV game. i don't own a single Sears box even though I have the Sears Intellivision. Had to take it. DS Brain Age 2 in box. At my age, my brain could use some exercising. Hey look, a squirrel! DS Christmas Carol. I love a story with comeuppance. Wolverine sticker - took this for my son. He'll love it. Tomy Seal Circus -- I figure this has been in the box from the beginning. I was MEANT to take it. Thank you NSG, if you're the person that put it in. Keep calm coaster. I do like beverages, but hate condensation rings on my desk. No brainer. Box will be reloaded, re-taped, and in the mail tomorrow.
