Nothing changed hardware or spec wise, I like running the test since this is the best main desktop I have ever had or am likely to ever again, I also like
to just make sure I am maintaining it and running well. 🍻 I cannot really cannot account for the slight dip in numbers? Might be interesting to try every so often and see
how results vary even with little or no change in specs.
Previous test back in February:
UserBenchmarks: Game 70%, Desk 74%, Work 57%
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1500X - 75.9%
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1060-6GB - 72.4%
SSD: Adata XPG SX900 128GB - 77.1%
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 3TB (2016) - 112.6%
HDD: Toshiba DT01ACA300 3TB - 89.2%
RAM: Unknown V02D4LF8GB5285282400 2x8GB - 86.6%
MBD: Asus PRIME B350M-ACurrent results as of a few minutes ago:

Rambling on about silly comics I made 35+ years ago.
Rambling on about silly comics I made 35+ years ago.
I was not going to post originally as it did not come out as well as I had hoped and I did not feel spending the time to do it over, so I been sitting on it for weeks, I WAS going to upload unlisted just to share privately but I decided %!#$& it, since I don't do many videos anymore I give people the choice to watch or not, anyway here is the video along with the title and description - 😆Rambling on about silly comics I made 35+ years ago. 🍻My old friend TONY sent me some comics I made with friends from 1982, so I would have been 13. Crazy stuff, I was not very good but see my reaction to reliving the memories and fun I have telling stories about these comics and art I made so long ago. Just reliving some memories, having some laughs, nothing serious here, mostly posted for my friends and family so don't feel obligated to sit through it all! BUT if you have nothing better to do and are interested in my silly little stories, throw it on and have a laugh. 😎 -

True Story, back in the day I rented from a store that had an amazing selection of games, I rented Tengen Tetris one day, loved it, a week later I returned to rent it again, I could not find it, I asked the clerk, he said pointed to the Nintendo Tetris, I was thrown off at first and said "Er, no, I don't think that is the one, the one I rented was not made by Nintendo". Long story short, he denied they had, OR EVER HAD any other version, even me clearly stating you DID because I rented it, he was trying (for some reason) to cover so hard "Are you sure it was HERE you rented it?", he absolutely would not budge on it, insisted they never had any other version so I just dropped it. Only years later, when I would come to read articles and info in magazines etc, would I learn the story of TENGEN TETRIS and TENGEN themselves, now I still do not know WHY exactly this occurred, maybe the clerk bought (or stole?) the TENGEN version because he had learned that TENGEN would have to pull sales? Maybe the store was ordered to PULL the game off their shelf? But in either of those cases WHY claim they NEVER had it in the first place? So whatever the reason I can only suspect wrong doing on the clerk or store managers part because of their behavior acting like they were never in possession of the game, like it was some highly illegal item like plutonium or something 😜.
Anyways, carry on, was not my intention to disrupt this thread but all this talk about TETRIS, OFFICIAL, TENGEN etc, just brought back that silly memory that comes back whenever I hear the TENGEN name lol. FEEL FREE TO MOVE THIS to OFF TOPIC or perhaps WEIRD STORIES under CLASSIC GAMING or something.......CARRY ON GUYS. 😆😎🍻

I will reply by pasting just what i said to some friends in Messenger as well in Facebook, keep in mind I was a HUGE fan of the original and pretty much seen every episode and some multiple times:
I kept expectations low and really tried to like...we watched the first 6 episodes but NOPE....the new Jordan Peele Twilight Zone....not doing it for me, too hit or miss and really they are mostly just modern takes on the same old stories only not as good....
Maybe for a modern generation who is unfamiliar with the source material it can be enjoyed more, I don't know, I was hoping / expecting more originality, I am all for fan service and even appreciate it and no they are not the exact same stories but being the huge fan I am of Serling's original tales having seen each episode more than once I definitely could read between the lines and see the episode they were reflecting in each new episode for the most part. I didn't expect Peele or really anyone to have the presence for the short host segments at the start / finish of every episode but I had hoped the episodes themselves to be more entertaining, again maybe it is more enjoyable for those unfamiliar with the original but I suspect long time true fans will not see this as a worthy successor or tribute, I would personally rather have watched pretty much any given original episode over any of these new ones. But I truly wanted to give it a fair shake before voicing an opinion, since each episode is pretty much self contained I think 6 episodes is a fair shake.

Honestly, I was not sure where to post this, being a retro inspired platforming game but for Windows only. If Justin or anyone feels it should be in a specific category please feel free to move. Came across this post showing a video playing of this interesting looking game. Here's the video to judge for yourself along with a link to the page to download the windows game and artwork etc.

If it's software emulation and not hardware emulation, it will dump the rom into an emulator. This will make it incompatible with flash cards, EverDrives etc, in which case I'll stick with my original console or emulation. Hopefully, at sometime in the future this will improve .

I was just there about a month and a half ago! My room key and arcade card were still in my wallet, lol (The games don't take cash, you had to use a card you load up. And the games were about $1-$2 per play)
It's definitely small and hidden, easy to miss. But wow, they already changed it up a bit! When I went, they had no ticket games or redemption kiosk. They also had a couple more arcade games: Pac Man Battle Royale & a modern Terminator light gun game. My wife and I tried the Typhoon ride, but it was so jittery, we stopped it before it finished. Not much fun, at least the one we picked (a paper airplane I think), but at least they give you the option to stop in the middle (no refund of course). My wallet actually fell out of my pocket during the ride and I had to go back to find it after we left. My son just had to try those "win an expensive prize with one play" games. I tried to talk him out of it, but he learned the hard way that they are near impossible to win.
Oh, and Cooters is one of the best places to visit in the area! They also have a nice mall nearby (no arcade though iirc). It has a wax museum that I wanted to visit, but we didn't have the time. It's probably one of the healthiest malls around these days.
Cooters was awesome! Better than I expected, planning to upload a video about it once we return home. Checking out the mall tommorrow, highlights have been downtown, Fleet street brirish pub, Woolworth on 5th (location of historic sit in by black college students for civil rights) and BB kings blues club! LOVED NASHVILLE and was my personal first exposure to southern hospitality. Sadly our week is up soon and we leave early Sat morning to head back home.

Checking out yet another arcade in my travels. This time while staying at Opryland Resort in Nashville I stumbled across this tiny, empty and mostly ignored little ARCADE. Check it out with me.

player in the background -- just an idea. I have one similar, and I loaded it up with the WAV files for the Supercharger. Instead of tapes, I just use that MP3 player. Works perfectly. Although I do realize it's a lot easier just to use a Harmony cart -- sometimes realism wins out.
Fortunately I have a Harmony cart, that isn't an MP3 Player, it's a...get this....one of two extensions for our LANDLINE telephone, yep we do not have cell phones of any type and still use cordless home landline phones, though it is powered through our SHAW Cable Internet. I mean I do TECHNICALLY have an old iPhone 4 I phone some weeks back but literally use it as just an basic iPOD for the apps on WiFi, the SIM card has no service attached to it, I only keep it in there so there is no NO SIM CARD message lol. But between a home landline and devices with internet apps, facetime and messenger that is about all the communications we need 😆I like knowing when we go out or to an event or just get away from home the RARE phone call we might get (I think we average 2 a month between the two of us) can wait as a message to respond to at our convenience when we get back home. It's funny because the world tried to ignore you if you don't have some kind of cellphone, like activating or verifying services always wants to "Text" your cell, less and less there are options to call a landline instead, so I guess we are hold outs in the cellphone revolution but I am OK with that.

😎Two great examples of classic portable audio devices sitting on the top inside a recycle bin today. 😮Wow, a Sony Walkman like I briefly had back in the day and a portable CD PLAYER by TDK, man I am old to remember how cool these would of been to own at retail release.🤔😉🍻 Might do a video about them.

You know I had no interest in getting a PlayStation Classic myself, mostly because my collecting days have ended, maybe one day I would accept one in some sort of trade because frankly I WAS tempted if I could have found one in my area for a reasonable price, sadly I never did BUT considering the mods and hacks that can been done I certainly would not pass on one under the right conditions, sure as is and for the launch price it was not great but for those who do not mind a little tinkering getting one for a good price is a no brainer and aside from other emulation and hacks I just seen THIS video from a source that has been legit, not a bad way to play Nintendo DS titles !
